英语口语四人对话第一个Fashion:A: What did you think bout the fashion show last night?B: It was dumb. In my opinion , it’s stupid for women to wear clothes like that.A: I didn’t see anything wrong with the clothes ; they look pretty nice to me . C: Hello, A and B , What are you talking about ?B: Hey, C and D, We are talking about the fashion show last night .You didn’t know the people wearing miniskirts at the show.D: Really? Do you think people can wear that stuff and walk around the street s?A: Yes, I do, At least, some people certainly can. They wear high-fashion cloth es to show off their sense of style and wealth.B: Well, I still think they‘re dumb. It makes more sense to spend the money on more practical purpo ses. What do you think of girls wearing miniskirts?C: Some people believe that good girls should never wear a miniskirts becaus e it is too revealing. D: Well, I tend to be shy. The last thing I wish to do is to seek the spothight. Naturally, I may feel ill at ease with stylish clothes.C: As far as I’m concerned, I would feel confident in a new dress, This has something to do with my childhood experience.B: Do you think fashion shows are necessary in today’s society?A: Obviously fashion shows have been around for a long time in various parts of the world. This fact shows that they are an indispensable part of the moder n culture .D: However , I ‘d like to point out that the pursuit of fashion should not take up the greater part of our live. After all ,work and study are far more importa nt than fashion show.A: I agree with you .But do you think people react to you differently when yo u wear different clothes?C: Some people do treat me differently according to what I ‘m wearing. The y are often called snobs. For example, I may be amused by the funny words and actions, but I am unlikely to laugh out loud i n the theatre.D: But the artificially produced sound effects are much better in the theatre t han the DVDs. When you hear guns firing in a theatre, you feel as if you were on a real battlefield.C: Moreover, the presence of an audience can create a good atmosphere. You can easily be immersed in the movies. I think when you watch a movie first ti me, you should go to the theatre, you can understand the movie better.B: But on the other hand, I can also press the PAUSE button, go to the kitche n or the toilet, and then come back to continue the movie. More importantly, i f I don’t understand a section of the movie, I can replay it.D: While, what you say is quite right. When we watch some foreign movies, o ur lack of background information often requires us to make too much inferen ces, and sometimes we cannot understand certain parts of the movie.
