Unit 2 Peter 昨晚头痛，没睡好觉。今天一早去看病，医 生说他有点感冒，并给他开了一些药 让他一天吃三次，多喝水，好好休息。 Peter had a headache last night. He didn’t sleep well. This morning he went to see a doctor. First the doctor looked him over and said he had a cold. Then the doctor gave him some medicine and told him to take it three times a day. He also told Peter to drink lots of water and have a good rest. Peter thanked the doctor and then went home.

Breakfast Is Important
Breakfast is important, but not all the students know it. Here are the results of our survey. About 55 percent of the students have breakfast every day. They look after their health and look very active. 25 percent of them just have junk food for breakfast. They don’t have a healthy lifestyle or balanced diet. 20 percent (of the students) go to school without breakfast. As a result, these students often feel hungry in class and can’t listen to the teacher carefully, and they also get ill easily. It’s important for us to have breakfast and we should also eat healthy food for breakfast.
