摘要：本文通过对宽甸满族自治县全国第一次污染源普查的回顾，总结了本次污染源普查成功的心得，提出普查存在的问题，并为下一次污染源普查提出了建议。

全国第一次污染源普查旨在准确了解污染物排放情况，正确判断环境形势，有效实施污染物排总量控制计划，切实改善环境质量状况，为环境监管和执法水平的提高提供技术支持。这次任务可以说是任务重、时间紧、技术含量高。宽甸污染源普查在国家省市的指导下，在县普查办公室的领导下，全体普查工作人员，坚持标准，质量先行，不辞辛苦，夜以继日，较好地完成了国家下发污染源普查任务。反观整个污染源普查，有许多好的经验值得总结，值得借鉴，个别问题也应思考，并予以戒免，以便为今后开展污染源普查
