2. 乙方应按照甲方的要求，提供及时准确的收货地址，并承担商品的签收和安装风险。
六、保修和售后服务1. 甲方将提供产品的保修服务，保修期为（具体描述保修期限）。
2. 乙方将提供产品的售后服务，并在合理时间内解决客户的问题和投诉。
七、违约责任1. 任何一方如未按照本合同的约定履行义务，应承担相应的违约责任，并赔偿对方因此产生的损失。
2. 如因不可抗力等不可预见的原因导致合同无法履行，双方应友好协商解决，并尽最大努力减少损失。
八、争议解决双方如因本合同的履行发生争议，应友好协商解决。
如协商不成，可提交至相关仲裁机构或法院进行解决。
九、其他1. 本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。

验收中存在异议的，甲方向乙方出具书面异议理由，由乙方协同生产厂商按照本合同第二条质量要求及标准进行检查。
5－3电子产品运输至交货地点后三日内甲方未提出书面异议理由的，视为验收合格。

甲方延期支付超过三十日的，乙方有权选择解除合同，甲方按照合同滞纳金标准向乙方支付违约金（支付至乙方提出解除日），向乙方返还电子产品，甲方已经支付的款项作为赔偿，如不足以弥补乙方的损失的，由甲方另行赔偿。
