说到李开复老师，并不觉得陌生与遥远，99年刚到联想的时候，在笔记本电脑事业部任产品市场经理，有幸参加微软为渠道组织的市场培训活动，其中还安排了一场李开复老师的报告，清晰地记得主持人说，即便是微软件内部的员工，也不是人人都有机会能听到李开复院长的报告，现场的听众非常幸运。
当时李老师报告的内容已经记不清了，大约是关于未来视频技术方面的展望，感觉到非常酷，很超前。
但是，从那时起，李开复的名字一直牢牢记在脑海里。
离开联想后，专职做培训的同时，也有意识地收集各类学习资料，不知道从哪个途径得到李开复老师在微软研究院做的“21 Secrets to Becoming A Good Speaker”（成为好的演说者的21个秘密）培训PPT课件，便一直珍藏，反复学习、体会、实践，受益巨多。
下面就将其中的“21个秘密”分享给大家，与大家共同学习。
