Why does the CB switch not open when I push the button? A1. Pushbutton may be hitting the front cover .A2. Someone may have tried to open the switch using the handle and bent the linkages within the operating mechanism .Q. Switch will not close.A1. Check to see if the arc tips are hitting the bus bar .A2. Check for misalignment on the switch poles from the blades to the jaw tongues .Q. Do we still make the M/M and ET type switches?A. The M/M and the ET type switches are no longer made, but can be replaced with current manufactured design . The customer will need to supply the serial number off of the old switches .Q. What do I do when the switch will not open all the way? A. Y ou will need to make sure that the switch is de-energized on both the line- and load-side . After this has been confirmed, you will need to take a mallet and hit between A and C phase lightlyto open the switch . After opening the switch, you will need to clean the switch contact with CRC-226 or equivalent and then apply a thin coating of Rheolube 363 to the contact . Lastly, test operate the switch .Q. How do we set the tension on the contacts?A. This should be done by a qualified service technician (Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems group) .Q. Are the arcing parts replaceable?A. Y es . The arc tips and contact block are replaceable .See item #3 on page 4 .Q. How do we set ground fault and single-phase relay settings?A. The setting for the trip pickup current and time delay for both the ground fault and single-phase relays should be done by having a coordination study by an outside contractor or by an Eaton Electrical Engineering Services & Systems service technician .Q. The switch is running hot, what do I do?A. Check to see if the switch is fully closed and that the bus bar and all hardware are tight . Is the switch clean and lubricated?Q. The switch will not stay closed with blown fuse detection. A. Check the KAZ actuators in the blown fuse unit to see if the actuators are blown .Q. I had to take the coil out of the system for the switch to stay in. What is wrong?A. The switch may be tripping on ground fault, blown fuse or single-phase protection; also could trip from a remote tripping station outside of the switchboard room .Q. 机械设备技术规格数据表技术说明:一、产品执行标准CJ/T3006-92 供水排水用铸铁闸门GB12220-89 通用阀门标志GB/T12252-89 通用阀门供货要求SZ-06-99 排水工程机电设备安装质量检验评定标准二、产品描述1、广泛适用于城市给排水、铁路、石油化工、冶金、煤碳、电力等行业水处理构筑物上的管道口、泥沙池、污水渠道、原站井水口、清水池等地方,用以截止、调整水流、调节水位用,也可用于农业排灌和其它水利设施。

2、闸门分为圆形、方形和矩形系列。

各系列闸门设计均采用独特的外弧形与平板形两种结构,设计结构合理,受力均匀。

门板及门框采用优质铸铁铸造而成,止水口密封面采用镶铜条密封,密封性能好,耐磨性强,防腐能力较高。

3、铸铁闸门的设计与制造、试验、验收CJ/T3006标准要求。

导轨有足够的长度,以保证当门板全开时,导轨的顶端仍高于门板的水平中心线。

4、闸门在门板和门框上分别安装铜合金密封条,密封条工作表面无划痕、裂缝和气孔等缺陷,在启闭机开启门板过程中,无变形和松动。

三、产品特点1、闸门为垂直安装的暗杆式镶铜铸铁方闸门,每种闸门在污水中都能适合于正反向水压条件。

2、闸门为镶铜铸铁方(圆)形结构,附壁式安装。

闸门的门板、门框、导轨、螺杆及驱动装置有足够的强度和刚度,保证设备正常工作。

3、框式结构,满足工作压力和密封要求的条件下,门体重量轻,体积小。

闸门结构上满足刚度要求且轻便、结实、造型美观、安装、操作方便。

4、传动丝杆为不锈钢材质。

5、闸门为门框、闸板、带有锡青铜的金属密闭面及可调楔型压块的优质铸铁部件,闸门具有结构坚固、耐磨耐蚀性强、安装使用方便的特点。

当闸门长期使用密封面磨损时,则可调整楔块位置,便能恢复原密封性能。

6、闸板压向门框最大压力为0.1Mpa;7、闸板压离门框最大压力为0.025Mpa;8、正向渗漏量不大于1.0L/m·min。

9、反向渗漏量不大于2.0L/m·min。

Two-component encapsulating system based on polyurethane. The resin component is formulated with a mineral
filler which provides self-extinguishing properties.
The material achieves UL 94 V-2 properties at a thickness of 1,5 mm and is approved and listed under the File No.
E108835 in colours black, grey and brown.
The resin contains no halogenated flame-retardants, no heavy metals or chlorofluorocarbons.
