Balancing Valve Type
平衡阀种类:
1. Manual Balancing Valve (Double Regulating Valve)
静态数字锁定平衡阀（双调节阀）
Traditional manual balancing valve with pressure measurement
ports before and after the valve seat. Flow rate can be measured
using professional computerised balancing instrument. There is a
2-digital data display area on the handle showing the valve open-
ing. After the commissioning, the maximum valve setting can be
locked by tool.
传统的手动平衡阀，截止阀形态。

阀前、阀后各带一个测量
口，用来测量流量。

手柄处有两位数字显示阀门开度。

阀门在调试后可以利用工具将开度锁定。

2. Automatic Balancing Valve (Flow Limiter)
自动流量平衡阀（限流阀）
The valve consists of the valve body and one or several flow car-
tridges. Flow cartridge is made of stainless steel, and can be com-
pressed to change the water flow area. The flow rate across the valve
is kept same within certain differential pressure range. Designer
should provide design flow rate and pressure range before ordering
the valve.
由阀体和定流量阀芯组成，阀芯可压缩变节流通孔面积，为不锈钢材质。

在一定的压差范围内，通过阀体的流量保持不变。

设计师需要提供设计流量以及压差范围。

3. Pressure Stabilizer
压差控制器
The pressure stabilizer has two different pressure chambers for
high pressure and low pressure. Normally the pressure stabilizer
is used in pair with the manual balancing valve. The capillary
pipe is connected between the manual balancing valve and the
pressure stabilizer. The upstream high pressure is transmitted to
the high pressure chamber of the pressure stabilizer through the
capillary pipe to maintain the differential pressure across the
loop.
阀体内腔分高压和低压两部分。

通常压差控制器和静态平
衡阀成对使用，通过毛细管将上游静态平衡阀的高压压力导到压差控制器的高压腔，影响阀门的开度，起到维持回路压力稳定的作用。

4. Combined Valve 一体阀

a. Pressure Independent Control Valve 压差无关型电动控制阀
The valve consists of 3 parts which are: manual presetting
part, control valve part and the pressure stabilizer part. The
differential pressure across the control valve is kept the
same during working. This can make sure that the control
valve has a perfect equal percentage control characteristic.
由三部分明确的静态预设定旋钮，电动控制阀以及压差
控制部分组成，电动控制阀在调节的过程中，其两端的
压差值基本维持不变。

能够保证该电动控制阀始终按照
等百分比的特性工作。

b. Terminal Balancing Valve with Control 末端用带
控制平衡功能两通阀
The valve is normally used with fan coil unit. Ther-
mal (or electronic) actuator can be equipped onto
the valve body to achieve the control function of
the terminal unit. The valve body is actually a
balancing valve with measurement function. Valve
can be preset before installation.
通常使用在风机盘管的平衡以及控制。

阀体上
可以安装on-off控制的热敏驱动器实现控制，
阀体带平衡功能，需要预调试。
