产品技术特点介绍XX燃气壁挂锅炉主要性能特点介绍一·换热方式采用复合式双管单独回路的热交换器换热方式，最大限度提高卫生热水的管道通道的宽度。
与板式热交换方式相比较，板式热交换器的板与板之间的间隙太小(约1mm宽)，很容易让水垢和自来水中的微小泥沙堵死（一般在西北地区使用一年后板式换热器就堵死），而本产品采用的大通道双管热交换器，通过激流设计可减少水垢产生并将微小泥沙及时冲走，使机器使用寿命长久。
这种换热方式对北京西北等水质较硬地区尤其突出特点。

1、直流变频，省气省水
●燃气量以及燃烧的控制
⑴、采用微电脑比例阀控制技术，瞬间演算出所需的燃气量，控制燃气的供给，节省燃气10%以上，
同时控制鼓风机转速，精确调整燃烧所需空气量，即便在燃气压力变化时也能得到完全燃烧，从最大燃烧到最小燃烧状态，都能保证高热效率。
全系列具有电磁阀切换能力，更大范围调整燃烧区间，实现节能化燃烧。
⑵、当达到设定供暖水温后，器具会以维持温度恒定所需的最小功率进行燃烧，以更加节省能源的状
态来继续工作，有效的减少了熄火、再点火的次数，更加节省能源。
●水量控制
采用安全可靠的水量传感器、自动水量控制(根据进水温度自动调整出水量)维持设定温度，节约用水。
2、安全可靠，双重防冻
●强制给排气方式（FF）
燃烧时，从室外吸收新鲜空气供给燃烧，再把燃烧后产生的废气强制排向室外，避免室内空气污染及供氧不足而造成的事故。
●燃气低压职能适应功能
在供气量不足时，智能系统自动检知，并按供气量的变化自动调整燃烧量，保证在一定范围内低供气压力下，也能正常安全使用。
●自动防冻装置
当采暖炉内水温或周围环境温度低于7℃时启动电加热(22W)防冻；低于4℃时，电脑即自动启动循环水泵进行防冻工作；当温度再低于2℃时，电脑控制以短暂强制燃烧的方式进行防冻，最大程度地保证了严寒冬季的正常工作。

●供暖温度及热水水温设定
热水水温可以进行从35℃-60℃，16阶段的出水温度设定，供暖温度可以进行从低温-85℃，11阶段的温度选择。
●三种供暖运行模式供用户自由选择
⑴、自动模式
a、提供了您按出厂标准设定进行供暖运行的方式，从星期一至星期日，按指定时间段和温度进行工
作。
b、同时提供了您根据不同作息时间进行时间与温度自行设定的功能，可按自己设定的自动模式进行
供暖运行，时间段最多可划分为四段，每个分段都可以自由设定温度（40℃-60℃/85℃）。
⑵、外出防冻模式
为了防止外出不在家时，器具被冻结，特设置了外出防冻模式。
器具将按内部设定程序自动运行以防止系统冻结。
⑶、手动模式
a、供暖出水温度设定，在该模式下所有控制均以手动控制进行，可以按供暖设定温度高/低调节按钮，
以5℃的变化来调节设定供暖出水温度。
b、房间温度设定，当控制器设为房间温度控制器时，可以按供暖设定温度高/低调节按钮，以1℃的
变化来调节设定房间温度。
●主控制器(可拆下)
本体控制方式，以轻触式按键连续进行热水及供暖温度的设定，液晶显示功能更全面、时间设定更直观，具有数字时钟显示功能；室内的设定温度与实际温度均以数字方式显示，满足精确控温要求。
蓝色荧光屏更美观，可以从机器上拆下安装在卧室、客厅等场所，作为主遥控器使用。
●附遥控器
