成绩单可以自己翻译吗?近日小编在网上随意翻看时偶然看到这个问题,成绩单可以自己翻译吗?作为在翻译行业多年的小编忍不住要回答一下。
答案是:不可以!为什么不可以呢?听小编给大家细细道来。
成绩单翻译一般由所在学校教务处或者档案室出具,成绩单包含学生入学以来的各专业所得学分或绩点。
但是中国有众多的大学,每个学校对于成绩单的处理都不尽相同,有的成绩单只呈现学分有的只呈现绩点,遇到这种情况就需要学生咨询学校的教务部门进行换算。
学生在申请国外院校的时候都要根据各自学校的情况将成绩单的换算公式进行专门标注。
成绩单翻译一般用于申请国外院校,而国外院校对中国的学校并不了解,对学生更一无所知,所以成绩单就成为衡量学生是否有资格获得留学资格的最重要指标之一,为了保证成绩单的权威性,一般都要求加盖学校教务处印章,翻译件则要求加盖翻译公司中英文公章和翻译专用章。
国外院校目前仅允许两种翻译模式,第一种是找有资质的个人进行翻译,比如拥有英语专业八级证书,在成绩单提交是需同步提交翻译者英语专业八级的证书复印件,文末附译者签名。
第二种也是最稳妥的方式,就是找正规的翻译公司进行翻译,翻译公司拥有丰富的翻译经验和健全的翻译资质,学员把自己的成绩单直接交给翻译公司,支付一定的费用,翻译公司会把翻译准确加盖印章的成绩单翻译件交到学生手中,省去了不必要的麻烦。
经翻译公司加盖翻译专用章的成绩单翻译件是不需要公证的。
需要注意的是,无论何种方式进行翻译,最后的翻译件都需要交给学校教务处审核,并加盖教务处印章。
成绩单反映申请人学习能力的最重要的指标,成绩单上的信息也是最容易分析和比较的数值,那么如何呈现一份漂亮的成绩单增加申请通过几率呢?我教大家几个提交成绩单技巧:1.在提交成绩单时附上一份说明,关于母校在相关领域的学术地位,以及自己所在专业在全国的竞争力说明。
2.提交成绩单时附上自己在同届毕业生的排名,尽量位于同专业的5%或10%,如果自己的整体成绩排名不是特别靠前,如果某个专业课程成绩特别突出,那就只列成绩突出的专业排名。
