小学英语教师个人业务能力自我评价三个月的教师实习让我感触颇深,让我认识到了做教师的艰辛,让我想起自己之前读书的时候的行为是多么的幼稚不成熟,现在自己实习了才发现到教师的不容易。

三个月前,我在学校的安排下,到了小学实习,担任五年级xx班的实习英语教师。

这个班的老师是因为怀孕休假去了,我才能够接手的这个班。

这三个月的英语教师实习是真的让我挺劳累的,让我最大的感受就是当老师真的太不容易了,为我之前读书时的不听话不用心的行为感到尴尬。

做老师,就是要根据课本的内容,将这些知识讲授给学生,让学生学好这一门课,但是英语作为一门外语课,真的挺让学生头疼的,所以我带的这个五年级xx班,就是很多的学生比较厌烦英语学习。

作为学生时的我可能也会有这样的感受,但是我现在是教师的身份,而且我也是从学生走到这个职位上来的,自己也是经历过这些的,所以更加知道好好学习的重要性,知道学好英语是十分必要的,所以我就是要将自己体会讲给同学们听,让他们理解,更加用心地投入到学习中来。

教课了才发现这是一个比较难的事情,我们不能够直接将这个感受灌输给学生,而是要他们感同身受他们才更能够理解,所以这就要求我要掌握好这个度。

所以这三个月的英语教师工作当中,我不仅仅要教给他们英语知识,带领好他们学好英语课文,更加要调动他们学习英语的积极性。

现在想来,我给自己的评价是做的还不错,可能是我也是刚从学生的身份中脱离出来,更加能够理解他们。

所以这三个月我让班上学习英语的氛围好了一些。

再谈一谈自己的收获吧,作为一名师范生在学校的时候我们也是有专门实训模拟过教课,我暑假的时候也是有在外面的教育机构兼职过辅导老师,所以自诩为还算是有些经验,可是当我实习站上讲台看着台下几十名学生的时候,我还是难免有些紧张。

不是紧张几十个人盯着我,而是紧张这几十名学生的英语学习的责任都是落在了我的肩上,所以我害怕自己不能够担负起这个责任。

后来在讲台上久了,一天天的课过去了,自己才发现其实也不用那么紧张,所以我的胆量这几个月真的是提高了许多。

在讲堂上特别注意调换学生的踊跃性,增强师生交流,充足表现学生的主作用,基本做到了让学生学得简单,学得轻松,学得快乐 ; 注意精讲精练,在讲堂上我讲得尽量少,让学生有更多动口着手动脑的机遇 ; 同时在每一堂课上都充足考虑每一个层次的学生学习需乞降学习能力,让各个层次的学生都获取提高。

此刻学生广泛反应喜爱上英语课,特别是五年级的学生。

三、仔细批阅作业:部署作业做到精读精练。

有针对性,有层次性。

对学生的作业批阅实时、仔细,剖析并记录学生的作业状况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透辟的评讲,并针对有关状况实时改良教课方法,做到有的放矢。

关于四个年级的学生,培育小组长帮助我检查其余学生朗诵、背诵课文。

四、坚持用英语组织讲堂教课。

当前,因为讲堂还是绝大多数学生学习英语、使用英语独一的方式和场所,我坚持多用英语与学生交流,为学生创造优异的学习语言的环境。

从走上英语教师这个岗位已经有一年的时间了,在这一年里,我努力工作和不断学习,工作上取得比较理想的成绩,自身的知识面也得到提高,思想觉悟更加高,下面是工作的自我评定。

教师岗位一年里,虽然教学方法还不是很成熟,但我已在教学中学到了很多。

我经常思考小学英语的教学方法,学习教学设计,以及组织与我们农村学校相符合的教学活动。

我也明白自身的学识不代表教学的好坏,教学是一项细致的工作,也是注重技巧的工作,于是我常常想把教学当成一门艺术来研究。

所以我积极参与每次的教研活动,吸取前辈的教训和专家的指导,总结出自己的想法。

虽然已经走上工作岗位,但是作为一名新老师,在如今信息技术日新月异,发展很快的年代,自身的学识相当重要,一天不学习,就会落后一截,所以工作以来,我仍然不断学习,丝毫不敢松懈。

因此,继续学习成为我工作学习中重要的一部分。

我不仅参加新教师培训,农村教师提升工程,还考取了英语本科深造的机会。

我努力扩展自身的知识面,自感收获很多。

当然,这一些是远远不够的,学海无涯,在下一年里,还有更多的知识和经验是需要学习和借鉴的。

思想上我坚持定期学习马列主义毛泽东思想,提高自身的思想觉悟。

形成自身正确的人生观价值观。

同时也积极参加学校组织的各种各样的活动,这对我很有帮助,我本身也崇拜有巨大人格魅力的人,并一直努力自己能做到。

无论在什么情况下,我都没忘记“学为人师,行为世范”,并以品德至上来要求自己。

不管在课堂里还是在课外我都努力塑造一个良好的形象。

而面对小学生时则有所不同,课堂上我严格要求自己也严格要求学生,但在课外我努力与学生做朋友,用心与他们沟通,希望能真正了解他们的所想所爱。

经过一年的磨练,使我进步了很大,不论社会经验,教学经验都得到实质的提高,同时也发现了自己一些方面的不足。

首先我觉得我的教学设计能力还待高;其次在处理教学中有些事情时还过于急噪,需要有更多的耐心。

本学期,我担任三--六年级的英语教学工作,结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,在工作中从各方面严格要求自己,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,使教学工作有计划,有组织,有步骤地开展。

立足现在,放眼未来,为使今后的工作取得更大的进步,现对本学期教学工作做出总结,希望能发扬优点,克服不足,继往开来。

一、做到了认真备课。

不但备学生而且备教材备教法,根据教材内容及学生小班教学的实际,针对不同年级教学目标的不同:让三四年级学生在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力,还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词;让五六年级在保持兴趣的基础上学习新知识,加大听写单词的力度。

设计课的类型,拟定采用的教学方法,并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录,认真写好教案。

现在学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课,尤其是五年级的学生。

在工作中我以不怕苦累的实际行动感召学生,以朴实端庄的人民教师形象教育学生,做到了为人师表,修德修才。

我根据学生们的意见和建议,通过网络查找相关资料信息,也反馈给他们一些具体的建议,比如,针对专门的考试题型购买专门的参考练习书籍;在听力和作文方面多下功夫;语法复习要系统;词汇记忆可以和英语词汇进行比较记忆,等等。

我相信,只要切实地努力了,学习状态和效果一定能够很快步入全新的轨道。

其次,我要求学生,要敢于说。

大多数同学总是认为自己说得不好,而不肯开口,不肯开口又会导致水平无法提高,水平无法提高就会质疑自己的能力,质疑自己的能力则又会导致更不敢开口,同学一旦陷入到这样的怪圈就会无法自拔,从而彻底否定自己而导致听说水平无法提高。

所以,我尽量安排一个月至少4个学时进行口语练习,口头表演有一个人的演说或两人三人一组的对话,也要求在下面听的同学对在讲台上说的同学提问,这样一问一答的模式不仅锻炼了学生的听说能力,也活跃了课堂气氛,收益颇多。

在教学过程中,耐心是至关重要的。

它是一位教师良好行为的体现。

教师的工作是解决学生不同程度上的问题,其中除了教学上的,还有心灵上的。

育人的工作是辛苦的,对待形形色色的问题,不计其数的学生,都要用一颗热情的心耐心地去做。

总之,英语学习,兴趣为先。

学生语言能力的高低在很大程度上受制于英语学习兴趣的程度。

很难想象失去了兴趣还能怎样培养交际能力。

所以,作为英语教师,一方面要向学生传授语言知识并使他们掌握技能,另一方面更要重视培养和保持学生对这门学科的兴趣,获得事半功倍的效果。

这样才能真正把新课程标准提出的要求落到实处。
