英语的基本读音规则

一、开音节：

1）以一个元音字母结尾的音节。例：be ，he 。

2）以一个元音字母+一个辅音字母（r, w, y 除外）+一个不发音的e 结尾的音节。例：make ，like 。

二、闭音节

1) 以一个元音字母+一个或几个辅音字母（r , w, y 除外）结尾的音节，例：map ，desk ，is 。

2) 以一个元音字母+一个或几个辅音字母（r , w, y 除外）+一个不发音的e 结尾的音节，例：fridge, bridge

三、元音字母在重读的开音节和闭音节中的读音

注意：Uu 在字母Jj, Ll, Rr 之后读/U ：/，例：June, blue, ruler 其他读/ j U ：/。

四、元音字母组合的读音

1、ay, ai, ey 读/e ?/，例：play ，say ，rain ，paint ，they ，grey

a 在ss, st, lf, sk ，sp 前读，例：class, past, half, ask, grasp

al 在l, k 前读/?：/，例：ball, call, tall, talk, walk

ar 读/ɑ：/，例： car, park, start ，

注意：ar 在/w/之后读/?：/，例：warm, quarter

air, are 读/e ?/，例：chair, pair, dare, care, spare augh 读/?：/, 例：caught, taught

2、ee, ea, ie, ei 读/i ：/，例：tree ，sheep ，sea ，meat ，piece ，receive ear, eer, ere 读/??/，例：hear, near, deer, here

er 在重读音节中读/ ?：/，例：her, term, 在非重读音节中读/?/，例：worker, sister

3、igh 读/a ?/,例：fight, right, high

ir 在重读音节中读/ ?：/例：bird, girl, shirt

ire 读/a ??/,例：fire, tired, wire

4、ow ，oa 读/??/，例：know ，throw ，boat ，coat

ou ，ow 读/a ?/，例：

house ,out, flower, down, how, town

oi, oy 读/ ??/, 例： boy, toy, toilet, oil, noise

oo 读/u ：/例：pool, school, room

读 / u /：good, foot, stood, wood, woolen, cook, look, took(好脚站在木头和羊毛上，遇到老K 读/ u /)

or, oor, our读/?：/, 例：for, sport, door, floor, four

注意：or在/ w/前读/ ?：/，例：word, world, work

5、ure读/??/,例：sure

五、辅音字母组合

1、ck读/k/，例：back, chicken,check

ch读/t?/，例：each, chat

2、sh读/?/，例：wish, she, wash；sc在词首读/s/，例：scene, science

3、th在名词、动词、形容词、数词中读/θ/例：think, thank, thirty

th在代词、介词、副词、连词中读/e/，例： then, these, this

th在词的中间读/e/，例：brother, other, father

4、tr读/tr/，例：tree, train, try

dr读/dr/，例：drive, draw, dream

5、ts,tes读/ts/，例：meets, gets, tastes

ds;des读/dz/，例：words, sends, sides

6、wh读/w/，例：what, why, where

wh在o前读/h/，例：who, whom, whole

7、ng读/?/，例： sing, taking, sleeping, putting

8、wr读/r/, 例：wrong, write
