我国A股市场发展现状及趋势研

摘要

我国股票市场自1990年沪深两市交易所开市以来，已经走了20多年的发展历程，通过这些年的发展，已经形成了具有中国特色的股票市场。股票市场的规模不断扩大，上市公司数量不断增加，资本市场的进一步开放，股票市场制度性建设不断完善，已经成为重要的资本市场。但我国股票市场在诸多方面的不完善性也体现的比较明显，我国资本市场和国外成熟市场比较还有比较大的差距，股票市场缺乏效益，上市公司的质量不高，企业圈钱妨碍股市的公正性，这些都是我国A股市场的不足。本文首先分析了我国A股市场的发展历程、现状及今后的发展趋势，其次对发展股票市场对我国经济建设的重要性进行分析，并提出自己的观点和建议。

This marks Ch ina's A share market is formed basically. 30 years of China 's A stock market development, and constantly improve, gained the success that attract worldwide attention. As the develo pment of our national economy made enormous contribution, as China 's A share listed companies to raise trillions of d evelopment funds, the powerful support to the development of listed companies. Since entering the new century, China's s

tock market has entered a rapid development track, the share -trading reform from China s stock market development road o f system sex barrier, as the stock market of our country ' s further development and laid a solid foundation. But ma ny problems also exist in our stock market, insider trading occurs, listed companies the market threshold low, quality difference is big, the investor structure unreasonable, go up only selling blunts, stock supply capacity expansion too fa st, blood phenomenon is serious, listed company shareholders and so on Influencing China's current stock market. In order to enable the healthy development of the stock market and protect the interests of investors, make the stock market to better service for the national economy, research on Chin a's stock market and the future trend of development is ver y important. On the Chinese A stock market healthy developme nt is of great significance.
