I'm very healthy. Because I have healthy and good habits. I try to eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit everyday. I never drink coffee. Of course, I like junk food very much. But I only eat it once a week,because it isn’t good for my health.Doing exercise is also good for my health.I often play sports with my friends. It makes me strong and healthy. And I sleep ten hours every night.I never stay up late,because early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.I also keep happy everyday, happiness is the best medicine.
I look after my health, healthy lifestyle helps me to study better and better.

Let me tell you about my lifestyle. I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. I brush my teeth once a day. I run in the morning, and play ping-pong after school. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the Internet. On weekends, I often go to the movies with my friends. I think I’m kind of unhealthy. I shouldn’t eat too much junk food. I’ll try my best to have a balanced diet and sleep more. I should brush my teeth twice a day. I hope I can have a better lifestyle.
