kf卡箍操作规范kf卡箍管件连接技术也称kf卡箍连接技术,已成为当前液体、气体管道连接的首推技术,尽管这项技术在国内的开发时间晚于国外,但由于其技术的先进性,很快被国内市场所接收。
从1998年开始研制开发到现在,经过短短几年的开发和应用,已逐渐取代了法兰和焊接的两种传统管道连接方式。
不但技术上更显成熟,市场也普遍认可,而且得到了国家法规政策的积极引导。
kf卡箍管件连接技术的应用,使复杂的管道连接工序变得简单、快捷、方便。
使管道连接技术向前迈了一大步。
编辑本段kf卡箍连接管件简介kf卡箍连接管件包括两个大类产品:①起连接密封作用的管件有刚性接头、挠性接头、机械三通和kf卡箍式法兰;②起连接过渡作用的管件有弯头、三通、四通、异径管、盲板等。
起连接密封作用的kf卡箍连接管件主要有三部分组成:密封橡胶圈、kf卡箍和锁紧螺栓。
位于内层的橡胶密封圈置于被连接管道的外侧,并与预先滚制的kf卡箍相吻合,再在橡胶圈的外部扣上kf卡箍,然后用二颗螺栓紧固即可。
由于其橡胶密封圈和kf卡箍采用特有的可密封的结构设计,使得kf卡箍连接件具有良好的密封性,并且随管内流体压力的增高,其密封性相应增强。
编辑本段kf卡箍管件连接的优点3.1 操作简单kf卡箍管件的连接操作是非常简易的,无需特殊的专业技能,普通工人经过简单的培训即可操作。
这是因为产品已将大量的精细的技术部分以工厂化方式溶入到了产成品中。
一处管件连接仅需几分钟时间,最大限度的简化了现场操作的技术难度,节省工时,从而也稳定了工程质量,提高了工作效率。
这也是安装技术发展的总体方向。
而传统的焊接和法兰连接的管道连接方式,不但需要有相应技能的焊接工人,而且费时,工人的操作难度大,并存在焊接烟尘的污染。
由于操作空间和焊接技能的差异,焊接质量和外观都难以达到满意的结果,从而影响工程的整体质量。
另外,由于kf卡箍管件为成品件,现场所需要的操作空间小,可真正的实现靠墙靠角安装,操作难度大为减小,从而节省了占地面积,美化了管道安装的效果。

卡套(LOK)及其安装详解1、工作原理卡套接头是通过螺纹互锁来压迫卡套,而卡套使管子均匀变形从达到密封的效果。
如图 1所示。
2、特点卡套接头连接非常简单,只需要一只记号笔和两把扳手就可以完成安装,而且便于检修,可以反复拆装。
卡套接头的密封性好、洁净度高,因此常用于高纯气体管路。
≤2”的卡套接头,公称压力可达20MPa以上。
卡套接头还具有可检测性,可以用专门的间隙检测来检查是否拧紧。
3、材质除了常见的SUS316,还有黄铜、铝、合金、碳钢、尼龙、PTFE、PFA、钛等材质。
需要说明的是,一般厂家都没有SUS304的。
4、品牌名气较大、比较常用的品牌有美国的SWAGELOK(中文名称“世伟洛克”,其卡套接头技术上在全球占据领先地位,其品牌成了卡套接头的代名词,美国Parker公司的A-LOK;韩国的HY-LOK、SUPER-LOK、D-LOK、DK-LOK;日本的FUJKIN(富士金),日本的IHARA公司的BI-LOK。
目前生产卡套接头的厂家比较多,国内也有一些厂家在生产,有的鱼目混珠,因此订货之前一定要同业主确认好品牌。
5、常用型式按作用不同可分为:直通接头(UNION)、弯头(ELBOW)、三通(TEE)、大小头(REDUCER)、四通(UNION CROSS)、管帽(CAP)、堵头(PLUG)、转换接头(CONNECTOR、ADAPTER)等。
按接头的连接方式可分为:(1)Tube to Tube Union(所有接口都是LOK,最常用的,如图2);(2)Tube to Male/Female Pipe(有一个接口是丝口、其他接口是LOK,如图3);(3)Tube Stub Adapter(有一端是TUBE短管,如图4);(4)Tube to Weld End(有一端是用来焊接的短管,可以是TUBE管,也可以是PIPE管,如图5);(5)其他。

Drill and tap the load to the correct sizes to a mini-mum depth of one-half the eye bolt size beyond the shank length of the machinery eye bolt.3. Thread the eye bolt into the load until the shoulder is flush and securely tightened against the load.4. If the plane of the machinery eye bolt is notaligned with the sling line, estimate the amount of unthreading rotation necessary to align the plane of the eye properly.5. Remove the machinery eye bolt from the load and add shims (washers) of proper thickness to adjust the angle of the plane of the eye to match the sling line. 卡箍施工手册

操作说明目的制定本手册目的是为了更好地向安装工作人员提供指南,以确保安装工作顺利进行。
安装前准备1、安装前请详细阅读本手册2、操作设备和维修设备的操作工人须安全用电,应牢记“安全第一”。
3、操作工人应严格按照本手册或指导人员所述进行操作。
▲!若不按操作程序工作,造成机械零件损坏延误工期、或其它人身安全事故等一切责任由施工方负责。
4、安装机械:滚槽机、开孔机、管道切断机等。
5、材料工具准备:符合国标的待加工管材(详见细则“管材要求”)、沟槽配件、扳手、游标卡尺、水平尺、润滑剂(洗洁精或洗衣粉液▲!非石油输送管道用配件严禁使用黄油润滑)、手锤(木榔头或橡胶锤)等。
6、按要求调整好所需设备及其附属配套设备(详见细则“滚槽机”、“开孔机”)。
7、检查电路:▲!此项必须由持证电工操作查看并确认所用电源是否正常、接线是否正确、各种保护开关是否正常工作等,以确保设备电源的安全可靠及工作人员的人身安全。
▲!严禁缺相、未安全接地使用!安装细则一管材要求1、应用于管道系统中的镀锌钢管表面应光滑平整,镀锌层的附着能力一定要好,附着能力差的钢管,压制时容易发生镀锌层开裂或脱落而影响管道的防腐性能,且脱落的锌渣在压槽过程中会填封下压轮齿花致使下轮打滑而影响施工速度。
▲!有些镀锌钢管(整条)的管端锌渣过多(此为镀锌层未完全附着所致),应将该段管材去除。
2、镀锌钢管焊缝应均匀且焊接牢固,避免压槽时焊缝开裂影响管道的安装质量。
3、需压槽的管端焊缝高度不得超过2mm,否则不仅会损坏滚槽机更会导致所压沟槽的深浅不一或扭曲,进而影响整个管道系统的安装质量。
▲!若焊缝过高请用铁锤锤平或用角磨机将其磨平。
4、管道外经尺寸须符合国标,使用沟槽配件的管道应严格控制管材外经的偏差5、钢管的椭圆度(允许不圆度≤0.2)和壁厚不均也应引起相当重视,这些管材易导致沟槽深浅(槽底直径)和密封面外经大小不一,从而导致卡箍的无法入槽或由于密封面的密封性能降低而出现漏压等问题的发生。

Apply a small amount ofgrease to both ends of the new gripper compression spring (3) and insert one end of spring into the recess in the back of the new gripper (2). Carefully insert the gripper and spring into the gripper mount so that the spring is inserted into the recess in the gripper mount. Press the gripper into the gripper mount until the gripper hole lines up with the gripper mount holes. While holding the gripper in alignment, insert the grip-per pin through the hole in the stationary handle, moveable handle, gripper mount and gripper; and thread into the gripper mount 2-3 turns only. Do not tighten.5.Position the handle return spring between the spring tab on the stationary handle and the spring tab on themoveable handle. While holding spring in position, slowly close and hold tool handles closed with one hand.With the other hand, fasten the tool nose to the tool using the two existing nose screws (C), and tighten using the 1/8" hex wrench.6.Release handles and check for free movement of gripper. Verify that the gripper is in the open position whenthe handles are opened. While the handles are opened, tighten the gripper pin at the location on the back of the stationary handle using the 1/8" hex wrench. Verify that the gripper still moves freely. If the gripper does not move freely, check the assembly and reassemble.7.Insert the support ring pin (B) into the stationary handle and re-install the support ring (A).。
德标卡箍基本知识

所谓风管抱箍、德标卡箍,英文名clamping rings,又称卡箍,俗称为快速法兰装置。
是用一种管道专用材料抱住或箍住另外一种管道材料的构件,它属于五金中的紧固件。
抱箍主要有三种,一、排气管道抱箍,二、通风管道抱箍,三、除尘管道抱箍。
是一种适用于圆形风管采用抱箍式连接的无法兰风管,由风管、抱箍、锁紧机构、V型或U形密封O形圈组成,抱箍呈“__”型,对应抱卡风管管端的凸边,并用锁紧机构固定,实用新型无外突法兰机构,利用抱箍的弧形面抱住风管管端的凸边(管口机械翻边宽度7MM-10MM,管道壁厚0.6-3MM),连接紧固,密封效果好,方便实用。
应用于圆形风管连接,是角铁圆法兰的更新换代产品,具有角铁圆法兰不可比拟的优点。
标准组件设计,通过管件的灵活搭配,以抱箍,或者卡箍法兰等连接成任意形式和方向的输送管道。
卡箍产品规格只要有:φ80、φ90、φ100、φ114、φ125、φ140、φ150、φ160、φ170、φ180、φ200、φ220、φ250、φ273、φ300、φ350、φ400、φ450、φ500、φ550、φ600、甚至1000MM以上,管道均按外径算,其他规格可客户要求尺寸定制。
简称两大类卡箍,一、轻型手柄式,内带红色气密胶条(气密性一般,胶条中间断开连接),不能调节大小,定货前一定要精确管径,管径偏差2MM 会影响使用,材质有镀锌、不锈钢304,箍的厚度1.2MM。
二、重型螺栓式(推荐型),此箍可以调节大小,即是对开两半形两头(单头螺栓,一头手柄)内六角螺栓式内配套O形密封硅橡胶,温度可达200度无变形、无味,环保产品,可用于食品方面的管道、高压排烟输油、物料输送等管道密封,箍材质厚2MM,材质碳钢表面热镀锌。
