摘要:随着我国国民经济的快速增长,我国的建筑市场获得了长足发展,在建筑市场竞争越来越激烈的同时也暴露出很多问题,本文单独就招标工程的合同谈判进行剖析,涉及内容围绕着我国目前工程谈判的现状、企业谈判失利原因、提高谈判技巧等进行展开。建筑市场中处于弱势地位的施工企业,由于一些内部与外在压力,导致在招标工程合同谈判中存在着一系列的问题。工程合同谈判过程对建筑施工企业取得长足发展具有重要的作用。世界的发展是在不断的新旧更换中进行的,工程合同谈判这个系统随着建筑行业竞争越来越激烈也在逐步完善。企业组建有能力的专业合同谈判团队对于自身的发展是很有必要的。随着企业对合同谈判的重视、薪金激励制度的进一步完善、企业内部合同谈判人才的引进与培养,招标工程合同谈判的人才与方法会越来越多,对于企业自身的长足发展有着不可替代的作用。

Abstract: with the rapid growth of the national economy, construction market got great development in the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market also exposed many problems, this paper separately analyzes bidding engineering contract negotiations, involving the content with the present status of the project negotiations in China, cause of business failure, improve negotiation skills, etc.Disadvantaged construction enterprises in construction market,due to some internal and external pressure, cause building contractor in the tender project contract negotiations with a series of problems.Engineering contract negotiations process to obtain tremendous development of construction enterprises has an important role. The development of the world is in constant of old and new replacement, engineering contract negotiations with the system construction is more and more fierce competition in the industry also gradually improve. Enterprise form has the ability to contract negotiations team for their own professional development is very necessary. Along with the enterprise to the attention of the contract negotiations, salary incentive system further perfect, enterprise internal contract negotiations talent introduction and training, talent and method of bidding project contract negotiations will be more and more, for the enterprise's own long-term development has an irreplaceable role.
