The effects of silane-modified polyether resins with different end-capping groups, different types of plasticizers and different types of silane coupling agents on the curing speed, odor, mechanical properties and environmental protection of silane-modified sealants for containers were studied. It was found that the trimethoxy-terminated silane-modified polyether resin has a fast curing speed and fast debonding; the type of plasticizer has a great influence on the smell and environmental protection of the silane-modified sealant for containers. Different types of silane coupling agents give silane modified sealants for containers different curing speeds and mechanical properties.
