本次实验正式的上机时间为4学时。
【实验过程】首先,老师对我们讲解商务英语书信基本格式和建交函中的注意要点,并结合示例讲解,让我们充分了解建交函的各个部分和写法。
然后,根据每个人被分配到的不同公司,以公司外销员身份,用英文方式写“建交函”,与外商建立业务关系。
我是属于上海健龙有限公司,主要是联系一家销售中国轻工产品的外国公司。
根据老师教给我们的写法,我按照操作要求将建交函主要按照5个部分写:信息来源、致函目的、公司介绍、产品介绍、激励性结尾。
除此之外,我们还要注意:1、按照商务英语书信的基本格式写,要有信头,双方地址不能少,采用平头式;2、信的主体:不能按操作要求写成中译英;3、注意称呼语、结尾敬语的标点符号。
最后我们通过网站提交每个人的建交函。
【实验小结】没上课之前感觉很困惑,上课时间从12:30到16:40,四个小时要做什么?会不会很无趣?可是从进入教室坐下来,不得不说,这是一节“惊心动魄”的课。
每个人都在抓紧时间写自己的东西,拼命想要在有限的时间内写出最完美的建交函。
我也不例外,对我来说,刚开始很紧张,因为是实践上机课,不仅仅考察的是我们课堂上的理解和接受能力,而且对我们的英语水平也是一次严峻的考验。
幸好华老师很有耐心,尽管她说后继她会说的少,我们做的多,但是第一次上机课,她还是很细致地和我们讲解了如何进入系统以及建交函如何写的更合适,更容易让老外接受。
虽说工作中常用英文写邮件,可都是非常随便的表达方式,如此正式而长篇的商务英语信件可以说是首次尝试。
