本产品分为 1#，2#，3#三种产品，1#为中性至弱碱性，2#为碱性， 3#为酸性。 所需设备：
一般情况该清洗，之后需要 2 个以上纯水超声波清洗槽及一个高温纯水慢 拉。（如有需要可增加电解槽和碱性高锰酸钾槽等）。 使用方法：

清洗剂说明书HY-QX001清洗剂A一、产品性能HY-QX001清洗剂A主要由强氧化剂、表面活性剂、渗透剂及螯合剂等多种物质复配而成，因其具有较好的渗透力和去污力，可以迅速渗透湿润到污垢、粘泥的内部，并对其附着在设备表面和深处的油脂污垢发挥作用，使其疏松易于脱落，从而被流水带走，以改善系统的换热效果。
HY-QX001清洗剂A具有对设备无腐蚀，剥离速度快等特点。

HY-QX002清洗剂B一、产品性能HY-QX002清洗剂B主要适用于工业及民用设备中的换热器的在线或离线清洗，对设备中锈垢以及沉积物具有很强的渗透、溶解的功效，本品采用先进的缓蚀技术，可迅速剥离和溶解水垢、锈垢、菌藻及其它沉积物，并使其转变为水溶物或悬浮物易于排放。
清洗时没有常规酸洗带来的发烟、氢脆、强腐蚀以对人体的烧灼和刺激，可有效保护换热器材质的安全，已广泛应用于换热器、冷凝器、精密水处理设备、冷却塔、水管内部的水垢、锈垢、菌藻、粘泥和其他沉积物的清除。

使用方法
·初次使用本品者请详读物质安全数据MSDS说明,无经验者在专业人士指引下使用,小批量试作合格再批量生产。
本品为原液使用,温度为常温即可，去除轻微氧化皮加温效果更佳。
·将表面清洁无油的工件置于本品中常温5-10分钟后,用清水漂洗干净,用清水冲洗干净、再用纯净水浸泡1~3分钟后烘干即可包装。

质量指标检验方法:
密度:测量方法选用量程为1.0-1.1的精密比重仪,精度为±0.01可直接测量。

pH值的测量：将本品用玻璃棒蘸取到PH试纸上，观察其颜色变化，并参照其比对表，就可得出其PH值。

101-多功能清洗剂
简介☆RSB-101多功能清洗剂主要是由复合表面活性剂、有机助剂、缓蚀剂和去离子水复配而成。
不含重金属、磷、亚硝酸盐等受控物质，在组成成分中没有需要特别标示的有害物质，可完全生物降解，改善劳动条件，防止环境污染。
用途☆用于清洗钢铁、锌、铝、铜及其合金、橡胶、陶瓷等表面上的油污、污渍、无机盐、手汗、粉尘等污垢。
主要性能☆具有极强的渗透、分散、增溶、乳化作用。
☆对油脂、污垢有很好的清洗能力，其脱脂、去污净洗能力超强。
☆溶解完全，抗静电，易漂洗；并且在清洗的同时能有效地保护被清洗材料表面不受侵蚀。

使用方法☆使用本品时应详细阅读产品使用说明书，并在专业人员指导下进行使用。
清洗方法可采用热浸泡、超声波清洗、手工擦拭等。
☆使用时，要根据油污的严重程度来调配清洗液的浓度，一般是将原液稀释20倍，配成浓度为5%的清洗液来使用。
手工擦拭清洗时清洗剂浓度相对要高些。
☆可在常温下使用，但在55～80℃温度条件下清洗，效果最佳。
☆采用热浸泡方法时，将配好的浓度为5%～10%清洗液加热到55～80℃，清洗5～15分钟后（清洗时适当地抖动工件，清洗效果更佳），用纯净水/自来水漂洗干净再烘干。
☆采用超声波清洗，可得到更佳的清洗效果。
将清洗液加温至55～65℃，清洗2～5分钟后，用纯净水/自来水漂洗干净再烘干。
注意事项☆根据油污轻重调整清洗液的浓度，清洗后的工件要彻底漂洗干净。
☆及时将槽液表面的浮油排除，以免造成二次污染。
☆清洗工件不得相互重叠，每天应定期添加1%～3%的清洗剂，如清洗能力经补充后不能达到原来水平，则可弃之更换新液。
☆请勿使本产品与眼睛接触，若不慎溅入眼睛，可提起眼睑，用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗干净；不可吞食本产品，若不慎吞食，勿催吐，保持休息状态，及时进行医护。
☆为防止皮肤过度脱脂，操作时请戴耐化学品手套。
☆清洗完后，工件应充分干燥，操作工应戴干净手套接触工件，并将工件放在干燥、干净的包装盒中。

【用途】

【用法及用量】
1、冲洗式：
配制0.5-1%（1:100-1:200）的溶液，用低压喷枪以500毫升/平方米的用量进行喷洒。
在高压冲洗前保留15-20分钟的接触时间。
2、浸泡式：
配制1-2%（1:50-1:100）的溶液，使用泡沫喷枪以250毫升/平方米的用量进行喷洒。
在高压水冲洗前保留15-20分钟的接触时间。

产品简介
多功能清洗剂KM0110适用所有铜、铝材料的工件，以提高工件表面的光泽度，并能去除轻微氧化物。
本品采用环保无机酸为主剂、以柠檬酸作辅剂、添加优质缓蚀剂及少量表面活性剂化合而成，不含酸蚀成份，无毒、微味。
符合当今环保RoHS标准，通过本品清洗，可有效保证清洗过程中不改变工件尺寸，并大大提高不锈钢工件表面的光泽度。

使用方法
·初次使用本品者请详读物质安全数据MSDS说明,无经验者在专业人士指引下使用,小批量试作合格再批量生产。
本品为原液使用,温度为常温即可，去除轻微氧化皮加温效果更佳。
·将表面清洁无油的工件置于本品中常温5-10分钟后,用清水漂洗干净,用清水冲洗干净、再用纯净水浸泡1~3分钟后烘干即可包装。
常规工艺流程
待处理工件——多功能清洗—过清水—泡纯净水—烘干或晾干
注:工艺流程可根据实际情况增减
质量指标检验方法:
密度:测量方法选用量程为1.0-1.1的精密比重仪,精度为±0.01可直接测量。
或用量程为1.0-1.1的精密玻璃浮计测量。
pH值的测量：将本品用玻璃棒蘸取到PH试纸上，观察其颜色变化，并参照其比对表，就可得出其PH值。
