Over-current-proof Customer must apply resistors for protection, otherwise slight voltage shift will cause big current change ( Burn out will happen ). 2. Storage 2.1 Do not open moisture proof bag before the products are ready to use. 2.2 Before opening the package, the LEDs should be kept at 30℃ or less and 90%RH or less. 2.3 After opening the package: The LED's floor life is 1 year under 30℃ or less and 60% RH or less. If unused LEDs remain, it should be stored in moisture proof packages. 2.4 If the moisture absorbent material (silica gel) has faded away or the LEDs have exceeded the storage time, baking treatment should be performed using the following conditions. Baking treatment : 60±5℃ for 24 hours. 3. Soldering Condition 3.1 Pb-free solder temperature profile3.2 Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times. 3.3 When soldering, do not put stress on the LEDs during heating. 3.4 After soldering, do not warp the circuit board.Everlight Electronics Co., Ltd. Leave two seconds and more intervals, and do soldering of each terminal. Be careful because the damage of the product is often started at the time of the hand solder. 5.Repairing Repair should not be done after the LEDs have been soldered. When repairing is unavoidable, a double-head soldering iron should be used (as below figure). 光端机告警
电源指示(POWER):当系统电源开关打开后,此绿灯亮本端告警指示(LOA):在本端出现任何一种告警时此红灯亮对端告警指示(RMA):在对端有任何一种告警时此黄灯亮收无光告警指示(NOP):在光探测器上无光信号输入时此红灯亮失步告警指示(LOF):在发生帧失步时此红灯亮误码告警指示(1E-3):在系统有10-3误码时此红灯亮误码告警指示(1E-6):在系统有10-6误码时此黄灯亮1-4支路E1信号消失告警指示(E1 SIGNAL LOSS1-4):在14支路任一E1信号消失时相应的红灯亮告警音屏蔽按键(ALM/MUT):在此自锁按键被按下后,有告警指示时将不发出告警音。
在此按键放开时有告警灯指示告警的同时会发出告警音。
本对端告警指示转换按键(LOCAL/RMT):在此自锁按键未被按下时,告警指示灯指示的为本端告警状态。
在此按键被按下后, 告警指示灯指示的为对端告警状态。
电源指示、本对端告警指示及告警音,不受此按键影响E1信号消失告警屏蔽按键(RLS/MASK):在此自锁按键被按下时,已发生的支路消失告警状态将被屏蔽,无信号消失告警的工作支路不受影响,此后工作支路再发生信号消失时仍会发出告警指示。
在此按键被释放后,所有E1支路的告警状态都不被屏蔽问题1:光端机上显示对端光失步告警,这种情况会是什么原因引起的光衰耗的可能性比较大,一般有:板件、尾纤,衰减器、光缆老化,都有可能造成光衰耗一般是由误码或接收光功率电平(过高或过低)所引起的。
最大的可能是光缆线路衰耗大影响的分光器某一个输出口的光功率,和输入口总光功率之比,叫做“分光比”。
比如说,光发射机输给某分光器的光功率是10mW(或者说,这个分光器各输出口的光功率总和是10mW),分光器某一个输出口的光功率是2mW,那么这路分光比K就是:(某路)分光比K=某单路出口光功率/各路光功率的总和或者:分光比K=分光器某路的输出光功率/光发射机送入分光器的总光功率显然,上面这路的分光比K =2/10=0.2光路的损耗L,是(输入光功率/输出光功率)的分贝数,即:L=10lg(输入光功率/输出光功率) (单位:dB)显然,上面这路的分光损耗L=10lg(10/2)=6.99 dB如果把上面算式括号中被除数和除数调换一下位置,根据对数的性质,只要在10lg 前加一个负号就行了,就是:L= -10lg(输出光功率/输入光功率)由于“(输出光功率/输入光功率)=分光比K”,将它代入前面的算式,可以得到分光损耗的新算式:L= -10lg K这是最常用的算式,将前面的分光比0.2代入算式:L= -10 lg 0.2 =6.99 dB计算的结果和前一种算法相同。

ESD 静电防护 LED(特别是 InGaN 结构的蓝色、翠绿色、紫色、白色、粉红色 LED)是静电敏感元件, 静电或者 电流过载会破坏 LED 结构。LED 受到静电伤害或电流过载可能会导致性能异常,比如漏电流过大,VF 变低,或者无法点亮等等。所以请注意以下事项:
1. 接触 LED 时应佩戴防静电腕带或者防静电手套。 2. 所有的机器设备、工制具、工作桌、料架等等,应该做适当的接地保护(接地阻抗值 10Ω 以内)。 3. 储存或搬运 LED 应使用防静电料袋、防静电盒以及防静电周转箱,严禁使用普通塑料制品。 4. 建议在作业过程中,使用离子风扇来压制静电的产生。 5. 距离 LED 元件 1 英尺距离的环境范围内静电场电压小于 100V。

TS-03型PDM中波发射机检修不慎造成的24V亮红灯故障
TS-03C型PDM中波发射机检修不慎造成的24V亮红灯故障故障机型:上海明珠TS-03C型PDM中波发射机故障现象:检修员在对发射机例行检修维护过程中,低压开关小盒插排在未插紧的情况下卡槽铜片不慎落下,此时控制监测器面板上24V亮红灯,380V灯不亮,门1门2联锁亮红灯,发射机有烧焦的味道。
从低压开关小盒原理图(如图 1.22)可以清晰看到,当低压开关置于“ON”时,原应弹开的常闭点K1-4因铜片掉下再次接通,导致220V(K-2.3)与24V (K-1)两条线路相碰并同时接地。
故障处理过程:首先更换24V的3A保险丝,并将220V电源至低压稳压小盒烧爆的线路换掉。
从故障现象入手,观察低压稳压小盒+24V显示正常,判断是控制监测器故障。
测得9XB2-24(23)+24V正常,证实推断。
甩开控制监测器,应急播出从“9XB2-24→1XB1-19去控制”开始逐步检查从+24V电源送至控制监测器各路,发现1XB1-19对应的进线插排板进线烧爆,重新短接一根替换。
其对应接点为B33,静态阻值为0。
从实物C/M板追踪该路得出行经路线,为“A40→A88→B41→C241→B33(B30)”。
参照正常状态下,得出A40(B30)对地静态阻值为13.80KΩ,上电后为13.61KΩ,而实测此A40(B30)为0,可判断必有负载损坏将阻值拉低所致。
为了能快速准确定位故障点,将A88与B41接点断开。
先查看B 板+24V线路图,如图1.23所示。
观察发现C241一脚脱焊,经测量C241击穿,更换C241,B30静态阻值仍未恢复正常。
继续查找,另一路为给B板集成电路供电,B板相关集成块为D222,D223(1412即ULN2002A),怀疑其损坏,用新的同类型器件替代,更换后B30恢复为13.73KΩ,B板故障排除。
将A-B 板接点处A88→B41重新联接,此时测得A40对地静态阻值为21.3KΩ,继续寻找A板故障点。
