Voting Requirements for specified Reserved Matters
* A "Second Meeting" or "Third Meeting" may be held where the quorum for the "First Meeting" or "Second Meeting", respectively, is not met and such meeting is adjourned.
1Indonesian Regulatory Authority for Indonesian Capital Markets. Relevant for public companies.
2 i.e. transactions where there is a conflict between the economic interest of a listed company and the personal economic interest of any of the listed company's major shareholders, subsidiaries, directors or commissioners or any of their respective affiliates.
3 i.e. a transaction whose value equals or is higher than (i) 10% of the listed company's revenue or (ii) 20% of the listed company's equity.
