5052铝合金草酸阳极氧化和铬酸阳极氧化工艺研究周艳丽*(河南工业贸易职业学院机电工程系,河南郑州451191)摘要:为改善5052铝合金的耐腐蚀性能,对其进行阳极氧化处理。
分别采用草酸阳极氧化和铬酸阳极氧化工艺,在5052铝合金试样表面制备了两种阳极氧化膜。
比较了草酸阳极氧化膜和铬酸阳极氧化膜的厚度、形貌和耐腐蚀性能。
结果表明:两种阳极氧化膜的厚度比较接近,都是20μm左右;草酸阳极氧化膜呈浅灰色,表面粗糙度约为0.170μm,铬酸阳极氧化膜呈银白色,表面粗糙度约为0.185μm。
两种阳极氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能都优于5052铝合金试样,耐腐蚀性能排序为:草酸阳极氧化膜>铬酸阳极氧化膜>5052铝合金试样。

玻璃介绍
1. 玻璃钢化过程 物理钢化的原理就是把玻璃加热到适宜温度后迅速冷却,使玻璃表面急剧收缩,产生压应力,而玻璃中层冷却较慢,还来不及收缩,故形成张应力,使玻璃获得较高的强度。
一般来说冷却强度越高,则玻璃强度越大。
2. 玻璃镀膜的方法玻璃镀膜主要分为三类,即浸泡镀膜、喷涂镀膜和辊镀镀膜。
现在我司使用的是辊镀镀膜,通过辊镀镀膜机,把镀膜也均应的镀在玻璃的表面。
辊镀机示意图如下:在玻璃上镀的膜主要成分为多孔二氧化硅,多孔二氧化硅在玻璃表面形成薄膜,该薄膜具有优秀的透光率、减反射性能和高的热阻,是理想的光伏玻璃镀膜材料。
同时该膜层还兼具一定的憎水性,具备自清洁功能,能有效降低整体太阳能光伏电池效能随着使用时间的衰减速度,避免因表面污染引起的效能降低。
3. 钢化及镀膜玻璃的控制方法3.1 通用控制项目3.1.1 粗糙度如上图所示,用日本三丰SJ-210 表面粗糙度测试仪,测量玻璃表面的粗糙度。
布纹玻璃测量光滑面(绒面)的粗糙度,双绒面玻璃测量玻璃的正反两绒面,每面玻璃测量9个点,最后的粗糙度值为9个点的平均值。
玻璃 镀膜辊 域3.1.2 厚度用哈量的0-25mm 公法千分尺,依次在玻璃的四边选择选择中间点进行测量,记录4个点的厚度值,进行平均即为该玻璃的厚度值。
3.1.3 弯曲度3.1.3.1 将样品垂直于支撑架上,用细绳将弯曲的一边拉紧,再用钢直尺测量弦与玻璃最高端的距离。
见附图一3.1.3.2 将样品垂直于支撑架上,用刀口尺靠在玻璃的前段,用塞尺找玻璃与刀口尺的最高点,就是局部弯曲的测值。
见附图二3.1.4 颗粒度将试样放平,为防止试样破碎后碎片飞溅,用其他外来物将试样围住,保证试样破碎后不飞溅出来,在试样的最长边中心线距离周边20MM 左右位置,用冲头或冲击笔进行冲击,使试样破碎,除去距离冲击点80MM 范围内的部分,从破碎的试样中挑选碎片颗粒最大的部分,在这部分中用50MM*50MM 的计数框计数,位于计数框边缘的碎片按二分之一个碎片计算.在计数框内颗粒数量要超过40个。

SJ-210表面粗糙度测量仪操作指引
编制日期一. 各部份名称:1.演算显示部和驱动检出部审核2.演算显示部各部份名称编制日期二.仪器操作1.检出器的安装和拆卸:1.1 安装和拆卸检出器,应先将电源关闭(长时间按[Esc/Guide]键)。
在电源接通的情况下安装或拆卸,则仪器可能受损。
1.2 安装和拆卸检出器,应将驱动部置于原点位置后再进行操作。
如果驱动部不在原点位置,则不仅安装和拆卸困难,而且仪器可能受损。
审核3.驱动检出部各部份名称编制日期1.4 请勿触碰测针。
否则测针可能受损。
审核1.5 确认检出器一侧和驱动一侧的连接器方向后,小心地将检出器垂直地嵌入到驱动部孔中。
1.3 检出器安装和拆卸时,请务必握住检出器的主体部分。
如果握住尖端或测针部位,则仪器可能受损。
编制日期江鑫淋审核2.驱动检出器的安装:1.将驱动检出部按箭头(1)有方向嵌入演算显示部,用驱动检出部固定销固定。
2.将驱动检出部朝箭头(1)方向按压,同时按箭头(2)方向下行,用驱动检出部固定板脚来固定。
1.7 检出器的拆卸,使用SJ-210完成测量操作后,为防止仪器触碰而损坏,请将检出器从驱动部上拆卸下来保管。
驱动部位于原点的位置时,小心地将检出器从驱动部垂直地拔出来。
1.6 检出器确实嵌入后,检出器的情况如下图所示,在检出器上方可以看见的螺丝位置和检出部导轨的端面基本一致。
编制日期江鑫淋审核4.数据线的使用驱动检出部不按装在演算显示器上时,请如下图所示用数据线连接后再使用。
注意:拆卸驱动检出部时,请不要按压检出部。
否则测针可能受损。
1.将A朝箭头(1)方向按压,同时朝箭头(2)方向提起,用演示显示部的驱动检出部固定板脚下拆卸出来。
2.将B朝箭头(3)方向按拉,同时从演示显示部的驱动检出部固定销下拆卸出来。
3.驱动检出器的拆卸::编制日期江鑫淋审核5.1.3 确认测针正确接触面. 另外,也请确认检出器和测量面是否平行。
5.1 测量物的测量面比SJ-210大时,将SJ-210放在测量物上面。
不锈钢涂装前处理工艺实践
不锈钢涂装前处理工艺实践摘要:不锈钢制品长期在腐蚀介质的环境当中使用,其表面就会被腐蚀,则需要实施涂装防护。
但是,对于不锈钢而言,由于其表面光滑,且涂料对其防护能力以及附着能力较差,这就需要注重对不锈钢涂装实施前处理工艺。
以化学除油-浸蚀-钝化的配套工艺进行研究,结果显示,不锈钢基材的表面实际粗糙度显著增大,且自腐蚀电位明显提高,耐蚀力明显增强。
关键词:不锈钢;化学浸蚀;附着;钝化;耐蚀能力对于不锈钢产品而言,其长期运行于高氯的环境当中,因为被氯气所侵蚀,不锈钢就会被腐蚀,一般通过表面涂装的形式实施防护,但是,不锈钢涂装过程中通常会出现漆膜脱落的现象,该现象造成的主要原因就是涂装前的处理不当造成的涂层附着能力较差[1]。
当前,不锈钢的涂装前处理工艺通常有喷砂或化学除油,单纯的化学除油仅可以有效去除不锈钢表面杂质及油污,而机械喷砂的方法较好,不仅可以除油,而且还能够使不锈钢的表面不平整,以此使漆膜具备的附着性能得到有效改善[2]。
但是,喷砂的外力作用通常可以去掉不锈钢表面钝化膜,并对其防腐蚀能力造成不利影响。
本文主要在常规涂料涂装的基础上,依据304不锈钢的表明特性,对不锈钢材质的前处理工艺进行探索,并根据不同的前处理方式进行实验对比,通过对实验结果的综合分析,以确保不锈钢件的涂漆实现良好的前处理,从而使304不锈钢的涂装附着力得到有效改善。
1.前处理工艺的设计对于不锈钢而言,根据其零件表面的特点,对不锈钢的表面附着性进行提高的方式主要表现在两方面,一方面是底材表面除杂、除油等需彻底,第二方面是底材的表面需适度粗化。
除油通常运用化学方法,而表面粗化则通过打磨、喷砂等机械方式处理较为简单,但是,不适合结构较为复杂的零件使用[3]。
与此相比,化学法的浸蚀处理通常有着显著优势,其不仅不会被零件的结构所限制,而且通过相应的酸液浸蚀,还能够使不锈钢基材的表面出现微观的不平整。
通过对不锈钢涂装之后的防护性能进行综合考虑,不仅需粗化与除油,而且还需要考虑不锈钢表面的钝化膜。
