所以大多数学习者进入大学阶段后发现以前的学习方法并不适用于现在对口语能力提高的迫切要求。
因为英语学习,特别是口语能力的提高,是一个相对漫长的过程。
口语能力是将语音、词汇按照语法规则、社会经验,在情感的控制下进行合理的组合,最终产生有意义的语言的能力。
因此,要提高口语能力仅靠每周几次的听力和精读课是远远不够的,大量的课外有意识的练习和实践才是关键所在。
那么如何使口语能力循序渐进的提高,总结了以下几个方面。
一、口语的前提是听得懂学习者必须进行严格的听力训练。
“听”是一种接受技巧,“听”是“说”的前提,只有听得懂,才能做到“听其声而悟其义”,才能与人交流。
口头交际如果没有“听”的能力,是不可能实现的。
二、语音和语调学一门外语,发音是最基本的。
学习者一旦陷入了发音的误区,形成了不良习惯,会极大地影响到英语的听、说、读、写、译和与别人的交流。
所以我们不能忽视对这个基础进行训练。
在训练时要坚持听(听标准录音带)与模仿(模仿正确发音)同步进行。
发音时口型和唇齿是否到位,会影响到发音的准确性。
可以一边放磁带,一边看书,进行跟读训练。

所以对于本次教学任务我很重视,很幸运能有机会担任汉语学院本科教育一年级的口语课程。

这主要表现在以下方面:首先。
自己拿不准的地方求助于词典。
很清楚自己所教的对象不是普通的汉语学习者,而是未来的汉语专业人士。
正确是第一位的这当然是每一个教师首先应该追求的但对于教未来的汉语专业人士,这一点及其重要。
如果他学到错误的东西,不能被社会原谅的其次。
还属于最低的那一级。
教学上在短时间内无法达到专家级水平的情况下,能做的只有坚持不折不扣的教师形象。
中国有句俗话,做什么要有什么的样子”这是做
好任何事情的前提。
再次。
解他学习生活状况。
爱学生、关心学生是教师必备的职业素质,也是教师的责任。
协助他让他生活无忧、心无杂念,一心用在学习上也是老师应该做的多和学生交流,找到学生的兴趣,也好改进自己教学方法,有的放矢。
本学期的教学实践给予我更重要的心理认识的提高。
除了以上表示外。
教学质量高—最重要的用心”教学活动也是发明性活动,本学期的工作中我逐渐认识到要成为一个好教师—学生们喜欢。
要想上好每一堂课,必需用心地创造。
发明新颖的课堂表示形式,发明能够激发学生兴趣的教学方式,利用灵活的教学方法。
课堂需要的不是灌输知识的教书匠,而是能让学生不知不觉地进入故事情节的戏剧演员。
教书好比扮演戏剧。
课堂上我任务是引导学生进入故事,让他自主地充任某一角色,让他感觉讲台上的一切水到渠成而非矫揉造作。
要达到这个境界当然需要用心地准备,台上一分钟,台下十年功。

课的过程就是用心感受虚拟课堂的过程。
课堂的每一个环节必需提前感受到备课需要我备得天衣无缝。
工作是生命的存在动力,感兴趣的事情才干“用心”才干做好。
工作又是人的生活中很重要的一部分。
时间是物质运动的存在方式。
理想的工作是生命积极健康地存在条件。
除了能让我衣食无忧,还是重要的存在方式。
所以我要选择自己喜欢的工作,这样才干把工作当成生活的意义。
把工作做好活着才有价值,才有意义。
选择教师这一职业是因为我热爱。
和学生们一起会让我幸福,尤其喜欢和来自世界各地、不同国家的人交流,这会让我生活愉快和充实。
喜欢这样的工作。
讨厌这个工作是由于先入为主的厌恶情绪阻止我喜欢它那么无妨先接受它经过一段时间你会慢慢喜欢上它就像你不喜欢灰色,如果各种原因让你无法选择自己喜欢的工作。
其实很多时候。
请多次告诉自己,灰色多好看啊,灰色多漂亮啊”然后再细细地审视、品味,慢慢地,
会改变对它看法。
不喜欢是因为我投入的不够多,对他解得不够多。
不管做什么,态度很重要。
即使学院不要求,一学期的口语教学任务接近尾声。
现在也很有必要做一下总结,这对于一个正在生长和进步中的对外汉语教师来说十分重要。
