关键词 1, 1, 2, 22四氟乙烷 热力学性质 制冷工质1 引 言自 1930 年美国杜邦公司首次合成生产第一个氯氟烃类 (C FC s ) 化合物二氟二氯甲烷 (C FC 212) 以来, C FC s 产品就以其无毒、不易燃、不腐蚀、化学稳定性好、热物理性好、低冰点和 低成本等特点, 备受人们的青睐, 因而广泛应用于制冷、电子元件清洗、航空、农业、国防及交通 等领域, 给人类的生活带来了极大的便利。

然而, 1974 年美国加利福尼亚大学的 F . S . R o w 2 lan d 教授等人首次提出了氯氟烃对大气臭氧层有严重破坏作用并会给人类生存环境造成威 胁的观点, 1982 年南极上空臭氧层空洞的发现使这一观点得到进一步的证实。

随后, 各国政府 和科学家纷纷开始行动, 投入了全球性限制氯氟烃类制冷剂生产、消费和使用的浪潮, 并于 1987 年起草制定了保护臭氧层的蒙特利尔议定书, 提出限制生产 5 种 C FC s 和 3 种 H a l o n 物 质。

1990 年 6 月,“蒙约”国再一次集会, 定于 2000 年全面禁止受控物的使用。

发展中国家推迟 十年。

因此, 寻找和研究新的制冷工质以替换被禁的 C FC s 物质已成为当今世界各国科学家和 制冷行业技术专家面临紧迫的重大课题。

【摘要】一、前言 R12作为制冷与空调设备的工质,长期以来被广泛地应用于生产和生活的各个部门。

近年来,人们逐步认识到R12对臭氧层的破坏作用和挥发后的温室效应,于是不得不寻求新的工质替代R12,目前普遍认为R134a是R12最有希望的替代物。

因此,对其热力性质进行研究,是一项十分必要的迫切任务。

本文在综合国内外现有关于R134a研究工作的基础上,提出了全部热力性质的计算方程,并编制了相应的图表。

性状用途完全不破坏臭氧层,是当前世界绝大多数国家认可并推荐使用的环保制冷剂,也是目前主流的环保制冷剂,广泛用于新制冷空调设备上的初装和维修过程中的再添加。

R-134a作为使用最广泛的中低温环保制冷剂,由于HFC-134a良好的综合性能,使其成为一种非常有效和安全的CFC-12的替代品,主要应用于在使用R12制冷剂的多数领域,包括:冰箱、冷柜、饮水机、汽车空调、中央空调、除湿机、冷库、商业制冷、冰水机、冰淇淋机、冷冻冷凝机组等制冷设备中,同时还可应用于气雾推进剂、医用气雾剂、杀虫药抛射剂、聚合物(塑料)物理发泡剂,以及镁合金保护气体等。

R-134a是目前国际公认的CFC-12最佳的环保替代品。

HFC-134a不含氯原子,对臭氧层不起破坏作用,具有良好的安全性能(不易燃、不爆炸、无毒、无刺激性、无腐蚀性);其制冷量与效率与CFC-12非常接近,所以视为优秀的长期替代制冷剂。

HFC-134a可广泛用做汽车空调,冰箱、中央空调、商业制冷等行业的制冷剂,并可用于医药、农药、化妆品、清洗行业。

用钢瓶包装,规格有200g、250g、300g、13.6kg,100kg,400kg,800kg,充装系数不大于1.1kg/L,必须贮存在阴凉、干燥和通风的地方,避免日晒、雨淋。

R134a作为R12的替代制冷剂,它的许多特性与R12很相像R134a的毒性非常低,在空气中不可燃,安全类别为A1,是很安全的制冷剂。

R134a的化学稳定性很好,然而由于它的溶水性比R22高,所以对制冷系统不利,即使有少量水分存在,在润滑油等的作用下,将会产生酸、二氧化碳或一氧化碳,将对金属产生腐蚀作用,或产生“镀铜”作用,所以R134a对系统的干燥和清洁要求更高。

R134a对钢、铁、铜、铝等金属未发现有相互化学反应的现象,仅对锌有轻微的作用。

R134a热力性质的简易计算公式刘 晖 肖 红(西安石油学院 710065)摘 要 本文选择提供了一组简单的制冷工质热力性质基本计算方程,并推导了相应的焓和熵的计算公式,能在制冷、空调工程的实用工作温度和压力范围内很方便的计算R134a的热力性质,具有能满足工程要求的合理计算精度。

状态方程采用截断至第二维里系数的简单维里方程,因此全部方程和公式形式简单,计算方便,当已知压力和温度计算其它热力性质参数无须任何迭代运算。

文中还拟合了R134a的Antoine蒸汽压方程常数,可用于-40℃-60℃的温度范围,有较高的饱和蒸汽压计算精度。

全部方程及公式适合工程设计应用。

关键词 R134a 制冷剂 热力性质 计算R134a现已广泛地得到应用,有关其热力性质的计算方程也发表了许多[1,2,3],用这些方程也制作了相应的R134a热力性质图表。

由于这些文献在计算R134a热力性质时都使用的是非常复杂的多常数气体状态方程,导致整套计算公式特别是焓和熵的计算式非常繁复,在工程设计中直接使用这些方程和计算式很不方便,有时也不必要。

在某些场合下,一组简单、便于使用并具有合理计算精度的R134a热力性质计算方程和公式可能更适合工程设计计算使用,为此作者经过计算对比,选择出了一组能满足上述要求的R134a热力性质的简易计算方程,在工程实用的压力温度范围内可供使用。

1 基本方程包括气体状态方程、理想气体比热容方程、饱和蒸汽压方程和饱和液体比容方程。

基本方程的选择以便于计算、精度合理为准则。

1.1 气体状态方程采用简单的截断至第二维里系数的维里方程,即Z=1+(BV) (1)没有用展为压力的幂级数形式的维里方程。

计算对比表明式(1)的计算精度更好。

式(1)为比容的二次方程,求比容时很方便,但在接近临界区时,无比容的实根。

第二维里系数B采用Pitzer--Abbott关联式计算,即BPc/RTc=B0+ωB(1) (2)B(0)=0.083-0.422Tr-1.6 (3)B(1)=0.139-0.122Tr-4.2 (4)式中Tr=T/Tc。
