电动汽车充电站是电动汽车发展所必须的基础设施。布局合理的电动汽车充电站规划对电动汽车的普及发展将起到不可替代的作用。电动汽车充电站是发展电动汽车所必须的重要配套基础设施,所以电动汽车充电站布局规划需要严谨的方法与步骤,本文主要收集近几年汽车新增数量,预测电动汽车进入市场后的保有量。
综合分析了影响电动汽车充电站规划的若干因素,进行了电动汽车保有量的预测,根据电动汽车充电特性和出行特征,构建电动汽车充电功率需求模型,从而得出规划区充电站的容量需求,构建Petri网电动汽车充电需求量预测模型。以20量电动汽车做充电需求仿真分析,通过预测电动汽车的保有量预测电动汽车充电需求量。利用国内选址相关理论,解析法、专家选择法、综合评价法建立了电动汽车充电站规划的最大收益模型。
摘
电动汽车是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的汽车。一般情况下,电动汽车采用高效率充电电池或燃料电池为动力源。电动汽车充电量的总体需求是影响充电站布局的关键因素。只有充电量达到一定规模之后,充电站才可能实现经济地大规模布点。电动汽车充电量与电动汽车保有量及车辆的日均行驶里程、单位里程能耗水平等密切相关。

Abstract
Electric vehicle charging station is the infrastructure necessary for the development of electric vehicles. In general, the high efficiency electric vehicle charging batteries or fuel cells as a power source. Electric vehicle charging is the key factor to affect the charging station layout the overall demand. Only charging station can achieve economic mass distribution after the charging capacity reaches a certain size. And electric cars and vehicles daily mileage, mileage unit energy consumption level is closely related to electric vehicle charging.

The use of domestic location theory, the analytical method, expert selection method, prehensive evaluation method to establish a electric vehicle charging station planning maximum profit model.
