在商务英语中，当语句陈述的是一连串的动作并按发生的时间安排或逻辑关系排列时，此类语句与汉语的表达方式较一致可按原文的顺序译出。
2.反译法英汉两种语言结构存在很大差异。
英语重心在前，汉语重心在后，汉语长句采用总结式。
多把信息点放在后面，越往后越重要。
如果一个句子既有叙事又有表态汉语就把叙事部分放在前。
表态部分放在后$英语则相反，常常把表态部分放在句首，译成汉语时则将其放在句末从而形成反译，一些带有否定意义的词。
3.词义引申翻译法词义引申翻译法，就是根据上下文的内在联系，通过句中词或词组乃至整句的字面意义由表及里，运用一些符合汉语习惯的表达法，选用确切的汉语词句，将原文内容的实质准确的表达出来。
从词义角度看，引申可分为抽象化引申和具体化引申。
从句法层面来看，引申可分为逻辑引申、语用引申、修辞引申、概念范围的调整。
将词义做抽象化引申是指对原文中某些字面意义明确具体的词，采用汉语中的含义抽象、概括的词语来表达。
将此一具体化引申就是指，将代表抽象概念或者属性的词来表达一种具体事物的时候，用具体化的事物来表达，还其具体的本来面目，使读者一目了然。
逻辑引申就是在翻译的过程中，由于直译某个词、短语乃至整个句子会使译文不通顺以及不符合目的语的表达习惯，因而就要根据上下文的逻辑关系，对该词、短语或整个句子从其本意出发，由表及里，运用符合目的语习惯的表现法，选用确切的词句，将原文内容的实质准确的表达出来。
语义引申就是把原文中的弦外之音补益出来，就属于语用学引申的手法。
语用学是非语义学的语用意义，一般都不通过词汇、语法手段表示，它是非规约性的、潜在的;受话人凭借交际能力来理解这种语用意义，换句话说，它是结合交际对方、交际目的和交际情景，从说话人词语中引申出来的意义。

翻译时要结合原文上下文的意思、逻辑关系，以及译文语言句法特点、表达习惯，适当的增添一些原文未出现但实际内容已包含的词语，或者是删减一些原文虽提及，但是译文表达中不需要用到的词汇。
对于赠词来讲，结合上下文可以适当增加一些动词、形容词和名词等，但在那一部分、什么场合增加相应词汇才恰到好处，还不超过一定界限，还需要在实践翻译中不断探索和积累。
比如：All cash bonus shall be subject to income tax.意思是所有现金红利，军须缴纳所得税。
根据汉语的行文习惯，在翻译时就应该适当的添加一些动词。
对于减词来讲，可以使译文更加简洁明了，并且能够改善原文逐字翻译形成的拖沓、累赘的行文习惯，避免歧义现象的产生。
3.注重文化差异。
在翻译中，风格信息的传递是不容忽视的，虽然由于人类生存环境、条件方面存在的差异，会产生一些不可译的文化，但是人类生存需求、思维方式上还是存在一定共性的。

英语同汉语一样，有一词多义的现象。商 务英语词汇也是如此。因此，在进行英汉翻译 时，译者必须弄懂英语句子结构后，选出关键 词最佳的词义。这种方法叫做选词法。

1.顺序翻译顺序翻译法是按照原文的顺序组织译文。
在商务英语中，当句子陈述一系列动作，并按照时间或逻辑关系排列时，这样的句子与汉语表达方式更一致。
可以按照原文的顺序翻译。
2.反向翻译英汉两种语言结构有很大的差异。
英语重在前面，汉语重在后面，汉语长句采纳总结形式，把更多的信息点放在后面，就更重要。
如果一个句子既有表达又有陈述，汉语会把表达部分放在第一位。
在英语中则相反，陈述部分往往放在句首，翻译成汉语时放在句尾，从而形成反译。
3.词义引申翻译法词义引申的翻译方法是依据上下文的内在联系，通过句子中的词或短语乃至整个句子的字面意义，由表及里，运用一些符合汉语习惯的表达方式，选用确切的汉语词句，准确地表达原文内容的实质。
从词义的角度看，引申可分为抽象引申和具体引申。
从句法角度看，引申可以分为逻辑引申、语法引申、修辞引申和概念范围引申等。
对词义的概括和引申，是指将原文中一些字面意义具体的词语，用汉语中抽象概括的词语来表达。
4.细化翻译法商务英语中有些句子结构复杂，信息量大，单靠一种方法很难翻译到位。
在翻译这类句子时，要依据具体状况，明确修饰语与中心词的关系以及修饰语内部各成分之间的关系。
综合运用和灵活处理各种方法，既能正确再现原文内容，又能确保翻译通顺、表达准确、句子通顺。
