Adjust the storage temperature through the temperature controller.2. The temperature adjustable capacity is from “1”-“5”. Adjust the storage temperature by turning the temperature controllerclockwise. The “5” setting is for colder storage temperature. The knob can turn freely but can't turn clockwise from “5”to“1”. Factory setting position is on “3”position.3. Check if the knob is on the appropriate position before using. Frequent adjustments are not necessary.4. To turn unit off, turn dial to position “0”.Notice:After the unit is turned off, wait 30minutes before restarting. 胰岛素注射液说明书【药品名称】通用名：胰岛素注射液英文名：Insulin Injection汉语拼音：Yidaosu Zhusheye【成份】1. 本品主要成分为：胰岛素(猪或牛)的灭菌水溶液。
每l00ml中含甘油l.4-1.8g与苯酚0.25g。
2. 辅料：甘油、苯酚、注射用水。
【性状】本品为无色或几乎无色的澄明液体。
【适应症】1.Ⅰ型糖尿病。
2.Ⅱ型糖尿病有严重感染、外伤、大手术等严重应激情况，以及合并心、脑血管并发症、肾脏或视网膜病变等。
3.糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血糖非酮症性高渗性昏迷。
4.长病程Ⅱ型糖尿病血浆胰岛素水平确实较低，经合理饮食、体力活动和口服降糖药治疗控制不满意者，Ⅱ型糖尿病具有口服降糖药禁忌，如妊娠、哺乳等。
5.成年或老年糖尿病病人发病急、体重显著减轻伴明显消瘦。
6.妊娠糖尿病。
7.继发于严重胰腺疾病的糖尿病。
8.对严重营养不良、消瘦、顽固性妊娠呕吐、肝硬变初期可同时静脉摘注葡萄糖和小剂量胰岛素，以促进组织利用葡萄糖。
【规格】l0ml:400单位。
【用法用量】l.皮下注射一般每日三次，餐前15-30分钟注射，必要时睡前加注一次小量。
剂量根据病情、血糖、尿糖由小剂量(视体重等因素每次2-4单位)开始，逐步调整。
Ⅰ型糖尿病患者每日胰岛素需用总量多介于每公斤体重0.5-1单位，根据血糖监测结果调整。
Ⅱ型糖尿病患者每日需用总量变化较大，在无急性并发症情况下，敏感者每日仅需5-l0单位，一般约20单位，肥胖、对胰岛素敏感性较差者需要量可明显增加。
在有急性并发症(感染、创伤、手术等)情况，对Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型糖糖尿病患者，应每4-6小时注射一次，剂量根据病情变化及血糖监测结果调整。
2.静脉注射主要用于糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血糖高渗性昏迷的治疗。
可静脉持续滴入每小时成人4-6单位，小儿按每小时体重0.1单位/kg，根据血糖变化调整剂量；也可首次静注l0单位加肌内注射4-6单位，根据血糖变化调整。
病情较重者，可先静脉注射10单位，继之以静脉滴注，当血糖下降到13.9mmol/L(250mg/ml)以下时，胰岛素剂量及注射频率随之减少。

重组人胰岛素注射液当患者从一种胰岛素制剂换用其他胰岛素制剂时，剂量可能会需要调整。
用法皮下注射。
通常在腹壁部位做本品的皮下注射；此外，也可在大腿、臀肌或三角肌部位做皮下注射。
经腹壁皮下给药比经其他注射部位给药吸收更快。
将皮肤捏起注射可将误做肌内注射的风险降到最低。
为防止脂肪代谢障碍，应在注射区域内轮换注射部位。
在医生的指导下，本品也可用于肌内注射。
只有在没有瓶装产品可用的情况下，方可使用注射笔或笔芯中的胰岛素用于静脉注射。
这时应从注射笔或笔芯中将药液抽出，注入静脉注射器中，并将空气排除干净；或使用输注系统进行输注。
此过程必须由医务人员进行操作。
本品被设计为与胰岛素笔式注射器——联邦笔UNIPEN®（可重复使用的耐用装置）配合使用。

如何注射本品Ø 将胰岛素注射入皮下。

检测范围检测范围：： 96T0.5mU/L – 16mU/L使用目的使用目的：：本试剂盒用于测定蚕蛹粉样本中胰岛素(INS)含量。
实验原理本试剂盒应用双抗体夹心法测定标本中人胰岛素(INS)水平。
用纯化的人胰岛素(INS)抗体包被微孔板，制成固相抗体，往包被单抗的微孔中依次加入胰岛素(INS)，再与HRP 标记的胰岛素(INS)抗体结合，形成抗体-抗原-酶标抗体复合物，经过彻底洗涤后加底物TMB 显色。
TMB 在HRP 酶的催化下转化成蓝色，并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。
颜色的深浅和样品中的胰岛素(INS)呈正相关。
用酶标仪在450nm 波长下测定吸光度（OD 值），通过标准曲线计算样品中人胰岛素(INS)浓度。
试剂盒组成 1 30倍浓缩洗涤液 20ml ×1瓶 7 终止液6ml ×1瓶 2 酶标试剂 6ml ×1瓶 8 标准品（32mU/L ） 0.5ml ×1瓶 3 酶标包被板 12孔×8条 9 标准品稀释液 1.5ml ×1瓶 4 样品稀释液 6ml ×1瓶 10 说明书 1份 5 显色剂A 液 6ml ×1瓶 11 封板膜 2张 6显色剂B 液6ml ×1/瓶12密封袋1个标本标本要求要求1．标本采集后尽早进行提取，提取按相关文献进行，提取后应尽快进行实验。
若不能马上进行试验，可将标本放于-20℃保存，但应避免反复冻融2．不能检测含NaN3的样品，因NaN3抑制辣根过氧化物酶的（HRP ）活性。
操作步骤1. 标准品的稀释：本试剂盒提供原倍标准品一支，用户可按照下列图表在小试管中进行稀释。
