问题：1：有些新闻来源不靠谱，特别是网络媒体。由于人人都能够经过twitter之类的社交网站social networking site来传播信息，因此给谣言rumour的传播提供了可能。

2：甚至有些无良记者unscrupulous journalists为了引起轰动sensation，经过捏造一些假新闻counterfeit journalism来吸引读者眼球。

结论：国家能够出台相关的法律法规related laws and regulations should be constituted，媒体应该进行自我审查impose auto-censorship，来规范媒体和记者的行为。而公众应当有独立思考能力和批判性思维能力independent thinking and critical thinking ability，来辨别新闻的真假。

4：由于缺乏合理的规划和严格到位的法律管理，人们在利益的驱使下毫无意识的开发身边的宝贵自然资源，破坏者周围的生态环境，直接导致很多珍稀数量的急剧减少和灭绝。生物物种的大量灭绝对人类生产、生活构成了一定的影响甚至对人类生存都构成巨大的威胁5人是没有资格剥夺其它物种的生存资格。人与自然应该和谐相处。

制定严格、完善的法律，加大执法力度能够很大程度上解开采过度的问题，防治进一步的环境污染，保护物种多样性。加大保护区的

建设能够最大限度的对人们所知道的珍贵物种进行就地保护，防止人们直接的干扰和破坏。
