技术原理超声波物位计安装于容器上部，在电子单元的控制下，探头向被测物体发射一束超声波脉冲。
声波被物体表面反射，部分反射回波由探头接收并转换为电信号。
从超声波发射到被重新被接收，其时间与探头至被测物体的距离成正比。
电子单元检测该时间，并根据已知的声速计算出被测距离。
通过减法运算就可得出物位值。
技术问答1．超声波物位计适于什么样的应用环境？通常应用于温度在150℃以下、压力在5Bar（5kg/cm2）以下的场所进行液位或料位的测量。

电脑上物位计调试步骤：一．进入调试软件1. 双击GosHawk软件，弹出GosHawk的工作界面；2. 点击View按键后，选择点击Options，待弹出Properties对话框，然后关闭该对话框；3. 接上步，点击GosHawk工作界面中的Connect按键，待出现Info参数表后，可以点击Diag进入回波动态画面。
4. 点击Setup，从中选择需要设定的菜单目录进行如下二、三、四各步骤的操作（二三四几步的调试同样适用于在仪表上手动调试）。

三、操作说明<一>LCD显示信息1.主显示界面：给仪表通电后，经过仪表启动过程，仪表正常工作后就进入主显示界面，主显示界面有以下2种显示方式（液位和距离）注：主显示界面由用户参数DIST(0)LEVEL(1)中设的值决定。

REAT 测量数据的变化率：测量数据的变化率控制，该值显示每次测量后最大允许的测量值变化量，一般测液位时设定为10~30mm。
设定为00mm时仪表转换至物(料)位模式。
DIST(0)LEVEL(1) 显示内容：显示距离与液位的切换，设定为“00”时显示距离，设定为“01”时显示液位,设成“02”，“03”为工厂调试模式，实际现场使用时不建议在此模式下。
COM_ID 滤波次数：该参数只有当RATE(测量数据变化率)设成00mm,即仪表在物(料)位模式下时才有效，该参数值越大则信号滤波能力越强，但同时也会降低仪表的响应速度，所以一般取值为3-5之间。
<二>按键定义更换显示内容：处于主显示界面时，按此键进入密码界面，处于用户参数界面时，按此键切换到下一个参数界面。

XLCY-1二线制超声波液位计操作说明书一、概述XLCY-1二线制超声波液（物)位计是智能型非接触式液（物)位测量仪表。
产品具有自动功率调整,增益控制，温度补偿，采用先进的检测和计算技术，对干扰信号有抑制功能，从而在根本上提高了仪表的测量精度，保证测量结果的真实.产品可广泛用于各种液体的液位和固体的料位高度测量,也可用于距离的测量。
三、操作说明〈一>LCD显示信息1.主显示界面：给仪表通电后，经过仪表启动过程，仪表正常工作后就进入主显示界面，主显示界面有以下2种显示方式（液位和距离）注：主显示界面由用户参数DIST（0)LEVEL(1）中设的值决定。
（详见参数说明）2、用户参数界面（各代码的说明、参数意义)PASS 密码输入（输入3456进入参数设定)MAX_DIST 空距：设成探头底面到液位值为0位置的距离FULL 满度：20mA电流设定点。
BLANKING 测量盲区:盲区即探头下表面到测量液（物）面最小距离，在这一区间内仪表无法正常工作，一般取值30CM～60CM之间。
REAT 测量数据的变化率:测量数据的变化率控制，该值显示每次测量后最大允许的测量值变化量，一般测液位时设定为10~30mm。
设定为00mm时仪表转换至物(料)位模式。
DIST(0)LEVEL(1）显示内容：显示距离与液位的切换，设定为“00”时显示距离，设定为“01”时显示液位,设成“02”，“03"为工厂调试模式，实际现场使用时不建议在此模式下。
COM_ID 滤波次数：该参数只有当RATE（测量数据变化率）设成00mm，即仪表在物（料）位模式下时才有效,该参数值越大则信号滤波能力越强，但同时也会降低仪表的响应速度，所以一般取值为3—5之间。
〈二>按键定义更换显示内容：处于主显示界面时，按此键进入密码界面,处于用户参数界面时，按此键切换到下一个参数界面。
需要输入密码或修改参数时，按此键即进入设定状态，此时被修改的位会闪烁，再按此键，闪动位数字加‘1’变化。

超声波液位计选型表AIPWELL SONIC1. 工作原理探头部分发射出超声波，然后被液面反射，探头部分再接收，探头到液(物)面的距离和超声波经过的时间成比例:h b = ct2即距离 [m] = 时间×声速/2 [m]声速的温度补偿公式:环境声速= 331.5 + 0.6×温度2. 现场条件1) 环境温度 : -20 ~ +60℃2) 表壳保护等级 : IP65 适用于户外安装3) 适用测量的介质 : 适用于大部分液体及粉状颗粒状固体，弱酸，弱碱，强碱，低于40%的强酸。
若在强酸应用场合，请与我司联系，应使用防腐探头。

1002)分体式超声波液位计的外形尺寸AIPWELL SONIC3-1户外安装1)水道和户外安装时，需做一个安装支架，如下图。
AIPWELL SONIC2)探头要垂直液面或料位表面安装。
3) 若支架在风中摇摆的话，会给测量带来误差。
4) 探头安装必须高于最高液（物）位35cm 以上（防腐则需40-60cm ），从而避免进入仪表的盲区。
若量程大时，盲区会适当加大。
盲区（5) 在超声波10度发射角内不应该有障碍物，避免产生错误回波。
6) 避免阳光直晒，保证探头温度与环境温度一致，达到准确测量。
7) 避免强风的地方环境，因为强风会改变超声波的发射路径，出现错误回波。
.3-2 安装在密闭容器1)避免空气或污染物进入罐内，在探头螺纹处加密封胶或特氟隆胶带。
推荐使用合成树脂法兰（如 PVC）安装。
