T type of thermal couple:

Why we need to use the T type thermal couples?

1.Flexible and not easy to make a mess.

2.More accurate comparing with K type, T type is

0.5ºC,K type is 1.5 ºC.

3.Price is unknown should be very close to the K

type or even cheaper.

Adhesive:

Why we select this kind of adhesive?

1.This type behaves much better under high

temp in the chamber or reflow oven. It pastes

the thermal couples tightly.

2.It’s easy to use and can make the

contactor very small, the smaller the better.

3.Price is unknown.

4.Need to reserve in refrigerator. Equipment & small tools to process the thermal couple.

Advantage for the device: With thermal couple welder, we can make perfect junctions fast, since the components of the BMP products are very small, sometimes, we need to put the thermal couples onto the lead of IC, so small junctions are quite necessary. Type in use is TC Welder.

2.How to weld the thermal

couples:

First, peel of the plastic. Use a special knife

then weld the thermal couples under

microscope, no special skills needed and most

of people will be capable of producing quality

work with minimal practice.

3. Put the welded thermal couple onto the component:

Mix the resin and catalyst completely

Fix the thermal couple and put the mixture

onto the junction under the microscope.

Put the unit with thermal couple into the oven, set the temp to 75-100, and wait for 30 minutes.
