1、认识和理解单词amazing, another, attend, disappear, fair, power, rocket, surprised, teach以及短语：all the way, learn about, of course, remote control等,认识单词launch, photography, solar等。
Step6. Homework:
(1)模仿录音的语音，语调，朗读课文。
(2) Finish the exercises P89 D2
Tell Ss here is a poster of the Clubs Fair at Rosie Bridge School.
Ask:Q1:Do you know what clubs they are?
2) Brain-stroming:
Ask: What do you know about…?Get Ss to learn some new words by showing some pictures(Photography, solar, Rocket, Power, fair and so on).

但此环节也是根据一步步给予提示关键词和关键句型,降低难度。
最后鼓励学生上台做完整的report 汇报。

教学设计课题：Unit7 School Clubs Reading(以读促说) The Clubs Fair课时：Period2 第二课时时间：2016年12月1日一、教材分析教材内容与学生学校生活较贴近，真实反映了学生学校生活的丰富多彩，能引起学生共鸣。
教材以对话形式呈现，包含了对两个club社团活动、特点的介绍，但所需要的信息比较散乱，这节课有必要将零散的信息进行归纳，对学生将课本内容和现实学校生活结合理解，并进行输出很有必要。
二、学情分析1.学生已有的知识和经验-----学生已经学完Reading的第一课时，掌握基本词汇another,attend, disappear，fair, amazing, power, rocket, teach,以及短语l earn about, all the way, ofcourse, remote control;认识单词launch, photography, solar等。
2.学生学习方法和技能-----13班的学生整体性格活跃，平时参与课堂较积极，乐于回答发散性强、无标准答案的问题，具备较明显的语言模仿和创新能力。
所以每个Reading的第二课时，基本以学生为本，引导学生深入课文，从课文中挖掘能够用的素材，让学生结合实际发挥语言的运用。
三、教学目标1.语言知识目标——学生掌握介绍社团的基本句型如：We come from…club. It’s interesting/meaningful，Our club will teach you to …，The special thing is……，You can…....in our club，If you join……..；Welcome to our club；学生掌握评价社团的拓展词汇：interesting，wond erful，meaningful，special，attractive, col ourful等。
