最好的办法,就是每天挤出一小时或者更多的时间,去跑步、去打球、去爬山、去游泳、去健身,或者选择其他的体育运动方式。
这样动静结合,脑力运动和体力运动互相调节,对健康大大有利,对提高学习效率也大大有利。
作为学生,我们首先应该上好体育课,做好课间操,其次,要利用课外活动的时间,根据自己的实际情况,合理安排时间,经常参加体育锻炼,并且要持之以恒。
我所讲的合理运动是指科学的体育锻炼,观察我们的校园,你会发现,有些同学一下课就满操场乱跑。
特别是有些男同学,每当一下课就抓紧分分秒秒战斗在乒乓台前。
这些都不是科学的锻炼方法。
这样反而会影响我们的学习,影响身体的健康成长。
我们提倡适当的、适量的、有节制的、有时间控制的体育锻炼。

雾、大风等天气时,空气中的颗粒物会增多。
如果经常在这类天气出现时运动,空气中的颗粒物会对呼吸道和肺部造成一定的伤害。
所以当这类天气出现时,尽量不要在室外进行锻炼。
2运动后的放松。
在运动后要通过捏、拍打、抖动肌肉等按摩方法来放松肌肉。
使紧张的肌肉得到放松,从而不至于使身体感到疲劳,影响工作和学习。
3运动后的饮食。
运动前一小时和运动后半小时内不益进食。
可以在运动后喝少量的淡盐水来补充运动时丧失的盐分和水分。
以便保持血液中水,盐的比例正常。
待身体充分休息后再进食。

我心里疑惑,但依旧充满期待地鼓励他:“王思彤,试一试,好吗?”他微微抬起头,轻声说了起来:“手臂-要-要”只听下面传来了低低的笑声和窃窃私语。
哦,原来他口吃。
从那以后,我对王思彤格外“关照”。

“侧面朝她”,一个细微的动作,一份美好的成全!又想起一次体育心理健康培训,一位专家建议:和性格自闭的孩子谈心,不宜面对面坐着交流,最好的姿势是选择和孩子同方向而坐,避开彼此的目光。
“侧面朝他”、“同向而坐”相似的动作,相同的关怀。
“因为,“侧面朝他”,孩子躲开了我们急切的目光,就能获得片刻的安宁与放松;“同向而坐”,孩子避开了我们咄咄逼人的姿态,就能道出他们的心声。
其实,有时师爱就是那么的简单,换个角度、换个方式,换个姿态,就能换给孩子一份生命的妥帖与安稳。
德国哲学家雅斯贝尔斯曾经说过:教育是什么?教育就是一棵树摇动另一棵树,一朵云推动另一朵云,一个灵魂唤醒另一个灵魂。
