1.企业为什么要全球化经营?Why companies go global?

企业的国际化经营,是指企业为了寻求更大的市场、寻找更好的资源、追逐更高的利润,而突破一个国家的界限,在两个或两个以上的国家从事生产、销售、服务等活动。企业国际化的动因包括三个:

(一)为现有的产品和服务寻找新的顾客。

企业从事国际化活动最直接的动因是开发海外市场,在国内市场趋于饱和时为现有的产品和服务寻找新的顾客。随着经济全球化的发展,不同国家的消费者在需求偏好和消费习惯上有趋同的倾向,这使得企业有可能将产品和服务推向更广阔的市场。

(二)寻找低成本的资源。

企业在海外市场寻找更优质和更低廉的资源,以降低生产成本,获得低成本优势。可以带来低成本优势的资源主要包括原材料、劳动力和技术。

(三)打造核心竞争力。

核心竞争力是企业竞争优势的源泉,是企业比竞争对手更优秀的根本性的原因。企业将经营活动领域从单一的国内市场扩展到海外市场,可以在更大的范围内学习新的技术、管理经验,积累对顾客需求的认识,由此打造出更强的核心竞争力。

recruits individuals from diverse backgrounds because it believes it's a

competitive advantage that drives innovation and benefits customers. Diversification

•Some companies go international to diversify. Selling products and services in multiple countries reduces the company's exposure to possible economic and

political instability in a single country.
