江西省赣州市第一中学公开招考11名教师公告

为适应学校办学需要，加强教师队伍建设，提⾼教育教学质量，办好⼈民满意教育，经上报中共赣州市委教育⼯委、赣州市教育局，并报赣州市⼈事局核准，我校⾯向社会公开招考教师。

现将有关事项公告如下：⼀、招考专业及名额（共计11名）⾼中：政治2名、语⽂3名、数学2名、⽣物2名、地理1名、英语3名、⾳乐1名、体育2名、计算机1名；⼆、报考对象和条件 1、列⼊普通⾼等院校统招计划的全⽇制本科并获得学⼠学位及以上的2009年应届毕业⽣（以下简称⾼校毕业⽣），应具备以下条件：（1）拥护党的领导，热爱社会主义祖国，热爱教育事业，遵纪守法，品⾏端正，⾝体条件符合《江西省申报认定教师资格⼈员体检办法（试⾏）》规定的条件；（2）师范类本科及以上学历毕业⽣，或取得《教师资格证》的⾮师范类本科及以上学历毕业⽣，紧缺学科和优秀毕业⽣可以在录⽤后试⽤期满时递交《教师资格证》。

（3）本科学历毕业⽣所学专业与所报职位专业必须⼀致，研究⽣学历毕业⽣所学专业与所报职位专业相近或其本科阶段所学专业与所报职位专业⼀致。

2、已在报考学校代课1周年（含）以上的在职教师（以下简称在职教师），应具备以下条件：（1）拥护党的领导，热爱社会主义祖国，热爱教育事业，遵纪守法，品⾏端正，⾝体条件符合《江西省申报认定教师资格⼈员体检办法（试⾏）》规定的条件；（2）具备国家承认的所报职位的⼤学本科及以上学历，取得《教师资格证》，专业素质⾼，教育教学能⼒强。

三、公开招考程序及⽅式采取个⼈报名、资格审查、笔试、⾯试、考核、体检和聘⽤等程序，择优选拔。

（⼀）招考准备 1、根据《赣州市教育局直属学校公开招考教师公告》，制定招考⽅案。

2、在赣州⼀中校园（址为）上发布招考公告。

3、召开招考⼯作会议，做好招考有关准备⼯作。

（⼆）报名和资格审查报名可采取现场报名、电话报名或信函报名的⽅式，每位报考⼈员只可报考1个职位。

经资格审查后，招考职位数与报名⼈数⽐例达不到1：3的，取消或核减该职位的招考计划。
