刚参加工作，没有任何教学经验，我的压力非常大，但也给了我很多动力。
我没有经验，但是我有很多热情与干劲，我们学校都是农村的学生非常懂事，而且大部分学生学习自觉性很高，这让我对教好他们有了很大的信心。
一年级英语的学习，只要求学生会说简单的口语，我通常使用多媒体教学，吸引孩子的注意力。
从而达到快乐着学习着。
由于，我们学校课改了，课堂模式的差异，我们必须要不断地学习，根据不同的课型上好每节课。
在加上班里来了一部分新生，他们以前从未学过英语，他们连26个母的听说认读都不会，他们学习起来就比较的困难，更别说句子和对话了，就像看天书。
那么，我只能重新调整课程进度，在前两个星期花两节课，重新教学生学习26个母，并纠正他们个别母的错误发音，新生留下来单独辅导。
还有几节课就教学生一些简单的句子，比如：good morning!what’s your name?等等，让他们慢慢地接受英语。
在一切走上正轨后，我又发现许多学生虽然对新老师，新知识充满了好奇心，但对于英语课堂四十五分钟长时间的学习，还是显然有点不耐烦。
因此，我根据学生的实际情况备好每一节课，准备好各种英语单词卡片和实物，利用直观教具、多媒体，动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生，让学生乐于学习英语。
例如：在教unit 3 what’s your favourite food?第一课时的时候，学生要学会九个新单词的读法，这对他们来说是一个挑战，对我来说也是一场考验。
所以，在上这堂课之前，我仔细地备课，设计了不同的展示方案，准备了这一课时需要的单词卡片与一些实物，比如，西红柿，土豆等。
当我把这些东西带到课堂上时，学生觉得非常有趣，新颖，上课也特别地认真了，也让整个课堂都活跃了起来。
每个单元学习了新单词后，还有let’s talk 和read and write，这两部分，就是让学生在学习了单词的基础上，运用新单词说句子或对话，运用到平时的生活中去。

在教学中，张老师注重了知识的积累和拓展，注重了学生学习策略的培养。

阅读中的任务设置也很到位，阅读时采用了略读和细读。

教师：魏代燕近来，我学习了《给教师的一百条新建议》、《教育新理念》两本书的许多篇章，深有感触。
明确了很多道理。
作为教师，从书本中获取知识就显得尤其重要。
人类创造的知识财富，如同浩瀚的海洋，博大精深。
作为我们教师需要加强各方面的修养来提高自己。
所以我们理应多读书，用书来净化心灵，用书中的知识充实自己。
教师，作为一种职业，承担着传播人类思想文化的重任，在人类社会发展中起着桥梁和纽带作用。
随着新课程改革的实施，教师"一言堂"已全盘否定，学生是学习的主体，教师是学生学习过程中的引导者，教师要成为研究者、专家和名师。
读书让我更深刻得体会了教育的民主，在学生眼里，教师能够与他们平起平坐，他们的心理也就获得了一种平衡，这样的教师最能受到学生的敬重。
学生乐意与我走近，常把心里话告诉我，向我诉说烦恼，向我倾诉困难，我因此常和学生交流，这不能不说是一笔最宝贵的财富。
首先，教育事业是一个崇高的事业。
教师对美好的事物应保持敏锐的态度。
教师面对的孩子就是最美好的事物，他们有纯真的心灵、诚实的态度、自然的感情、善良的愿望，如果不能捕捉到那些美，你就辜负了造化的赐予。
教师对美
好事物保持高度的敏锐，才会发自内心的爱孩子，并因为爱而满心欢喜。
教师要有“赤子之心”。
做个很单纯、很简单、很好奇、很幼稚，有时有点傻劲的人。
教师应有独立思想，让我经常思考教育问题，思考人的问题，思考我为什么而教，怎样教，将教育活动与人生思索融为一体。
其次，在新的教育理念引导下，应不断改进教学方式和手段。
学生作为人，是需要灌输精神理想的，那么教师首先应该做的就是顺乎人性。
学生需值得去珍爱，在工作过程中要学会宽容学生，与学生和谐相处；另一方面，教师在尊重学生时，也要学会合理合法地惩戒学生，所谓“惩戒”，是指通过对不合规范的行为施以否定性的制裁，从而避免其再次发生，以促进合范行为的产生与巩固。
但惩戒必须注意几点：一、教师惩戒学生应具有教育性；二、尊重学生人格；
三、惩戒应合理并公正；四、惩戒要符合相关程序。
在新的教育理念下，教师要学会不培养乖孩子。
如果我们将一个个乖孩子树为学生学习的楷模，而必然的报应就是，在这个多元化、个性化的时代，调皮捣蛋的孩子越来越多，而那些当初的乖孩子，将来他们也许就是“弱势群体“，汇入茫茫的失业大军。
总之，通过这一个阶段的学习，自己的理论水平有了提升，思路更明确了，方法更具体了。
相信在今后的教育教学中，这一次的理论学习必将使自己获益匪浅。
