AGE/AGED(陈年/成熟)——经陈年的白酒通常由青绿转变为金黄色。

AGGRESSIVE(浓烈)——指酒内含浓烈的丹宁,非常干涩,尚需陈年。
ALCOHOLIC(酒精的酒精味)——1.平衡不佳而生成酒精的味道。
浓烈的酒精味会把应有的果香覆盖,生成炽热的感受。
2.法令规完酒内的酒精浓度必需注明,一般而言,餐酒不得超过14%,然而亦有例外,如某些金芬黛的酒精度会比较高。
ALMOND(杏仁)——带有些微甘味,意大利白酒通常会出现这种味道。
American Oak(美国橡木)——用美国橡木桶陈酿的苏维翁,梅洛及金芬黛会有浓烈的香草,时萝(九层塔)及杉木味。
ANISE(大茴香)——些微的甘草香,大部份的西班牙红酒会有这种味道。

托一位慷慨的朋友之福,我在2003年1月5日喝到这款酒。
喝得出来它的酒质仍然很年轻,不过在杯中等了两、三小时,嗅觉或味觉上的香味都未开,并没有想象中好喝,也许是因为当天太冷了(当天寒流来袭,室外温度9度,室内大约14、15度),以致于香气发散不出来。
后来和某位也喝过这款酒的先进讨论时,他也认为61 Latour还非常年轻,可能要再等。
我体会到想品尝好酒的味道,天时地利人和缺一不可,希望有机会的话能再品尝一次。
4.Domaine dela Romanée-Conti, Richebourg 1959(罗曼丽康帝-李其堡) 5.Domaine delaRomanée-Conti, La Tâche 1978(罗曼丽康帝-拉塔希)6.Huet SA, Le HautLieu, Moelleux,Vouvr ay1947(武弗雷)前一阵子有人办了一场精彩的老酒品酒会,在还没举办前酒单就引进热烈的讨论,其中就有这款酒的1949年份。
现在看到这一款酒又被列在Top 100的前10名,再一次提醒了我酒海的浩瀚。
7.Penfolds, Bin 60A1962 (奔富60A) Penfolds的酒会入选我并不讶异,讶异的是入选的并不是Bin 95Grange。
Penfolds这款特殊的酒以Cabernet Sauvignon 和Shiraz混合酿制;后来只有再生产了1980年份的80A,以及1990年份的90A。
8.Château PichonLongueville Comtesse de Lalande 1982 (碧尚拉龙)好几年前喝过一次,和好几款82年份的波尔多酒一起,的确是很甜美好喝。
不过当时并没有觉得它特别印象深刻到终身难忘的地步。
各位愿意花钱的话,这款酒我想应该是前10名中最容易买得到的。
