领导影响力是领导者改变他人心理和行为的能力，贯穿于领导过程的全部，领导者影响力的大小直接与绩效相关。领导影响力既包括由职位带来的权利影响力，也包括领导者由于自身品格、知识、能力、感情等因素形成的个人影响力即非权力影响力。基于领导影响力的重要性，塑造影响力成为现代领导的当务之急。本文从领导影响力的实质出发，通过研究当代知名经济管理学和领导学等领域的观点及著作，分别探讨了领导影响力的分类，即权利性影响力与非权利性影响力的区别，说明领导影响力所起的关键作用，并比较两者之间的特点和关系，即权力性影响力与非权力影响力之间是有区别而又具有相互依赖性。在此基础上，又分别探讨了领导影响力的来源，什么是影响力的源泉？经过对当代卓越领导者的研究分析之后，得出以下结论：它是由思想家、专家、品格等主要因素所决定的。

沃伦·本尼斯说过：“关于领导，最危险的问题是认为领导者是天生的、领导是需要某些天赋的，认为人要不就是具有某些天生的影响力，要不就没有这些。这真是无稽之谈！事实正好相反，领导者是后天养成的，而不是天生的。”【1】

正如沃伦·本尼斯所述，领导的个人影响力不是天生的，是可以通过后天培养的。因此，领导影响力的塑造与养成是至关重要的。从影响力的构成可以追寻出，领导的个人影响力塑造不外乎两种途径：提升权利性影响力和非权利性影响力，即外力塑造和自我塑造。自我塑造对于领导者来说更有主动性，也更重要。为此，我们重点探讨的是领导影响力的自我塑造过程。自我塑造的过程主要是依赖于领导者的四个特性。此外，领导者如何使用自身的影响力在某种程度上起着至关重要的作用，在领导影响力的发挥和使用上，我们提出七大方略。同时，领导影响力的使用还须有一些原则进行辅助约束，我们提出六大原则，以促使领导者更加完善自身领导力。

Abstract
