摘要
本论文主要设计氧化沟工艺处理城市污水。城市是人类社会经济发展的一个极其重要的组成部分,在城市的社会经济活动中,每天都要消耗大量的水,用于工业、农业、商业活动以及市民的日常生活。城市污水处理厂是城市发展的重点基础设施,是城市水污染控制、水环境保护工作中的关键工程,它对社会经济的高速、稳定、可持续发展起着保障和促进的作用。
本设计是东北地区的一个城市污水处理厂,其污水流量为6万m3/d,经处理后应达到SS 去除率85%,BOD去除率90%。本设计采用奥巴尔(ORBAL)型氧化沟工艺,氧化沟工艺是一种改良的活性污泥法,是以活性污泥为主体的污水生物处理技术。奥巴尔(ORBAL)型氧化沟是氧化沟工艺的一种,具有优于传统氧化沟工艺的特殊优点:工艺流程简单,占地面积小;工艺运行具有灵活性;基建费用和运行费用低,运行管理简单;出水水质好并且有一定的承受水质水量冲击负荷的能力,出水可以达到国家排放标准。处理工艺流程主要由格栅、沉砂池、氧化沟、二沉池、污泥浓缩池、污泥脱水间等组成。本设计的平面布置和高程布置合理,各构筑物集中紧凑、节约用地、便于管理,并且基建费用和运行费用低,运行管理简单。
本论文包括城市污水概况,城市污水处理技术及其新发展,工艺方案的比较及选择,构筑物尺寸的计算,设备的选型,平面布置与高程布置,运行成本的核算等。

ABSTRACT
The paper mainly designs Oxidation Ditch process for the treatment of municipal wastewater. The city is a important part of the development of social economy .It is a great deal of water used for industry, agriculture, business activity and civic daily life in the transaction of city. The factory of the treatment of municipal wastewater is not only the important basic facilities of the city development, but also the main project of the control of municipal wastewater and water resource environment protection as well .It also plays a role in the social economic development.
This design is a factory of the treatment of municipal wastewater in the northeast,the flow of which is 6×104 m3 /d ,the removal rate of SS is 85% and the removal rate of BOD is 90%。The method of this design is ORBAL Oxidation Ditch , the Oxidation Ditch process which is a improved activated sludge process is a biochemical treatment technology for wastewater which mainly based on
the activated sludge. the ORBAL Oxidation Ditch that we choose is one of Oxidation Ditch , It has been characterized as simple process and small dimension ; smooth operation; economical and convenient for regulation ; It has favorable ability of bearing the impingement loading the wastewater treated by the processing; it can reach the sewage discharge standard . The process is consisted of screen bar 、sink sand pond 、 Oxidation Ditch 、secondary clarifier 、 sludge concentrated pond 、sludge dehydrated room and so on .And the plane distribution and elevation distribution are rational,the constructions follow the principle of compact,small dimension and fully-used in soil,convenient for regulation,and the cost of building and running are low,simple for operation .
This paper is consisted of the summary of municipal wastewater, the technical and breakthrough of treatment of municipal wastewater, comparison the processes and choose of method, compute of gauge of constructions, the choose of equipment ,the plane distribution and elevation distribution , the check of running cost and so on.
