由上图可知,它相当于一只可调的稳压管,输出电压由R1和R2来设定,
VO=VKA=(1+R1/R2)*VREF
R3是限流电阻, VREF是常态下的基准电压(2.5V)。
开关电源芯片UC3842、3843、3844、3845区别与检测
开关电源芯片UC3842、3843、3844、3845区别与检测UC384X系列芯片区别UC3842/3843/3844/3845这四种芯片的鉴别方法:用一个0-20V的可调电源接384X的VCC(7)和地(5),慢慢调高电源电压。
8脚REF的5V电压出现顺序不同,3843、3845要比3842、3844早出5VREF。
具体3843、3845在10V左右出,3842、3844在16V左右出。
6脚OUT脚。
因为没有反馈,驱动占空将输出最大,所以3842、3843用万用表测6脚电压的时候约等于VCC,而3844、3845用万用表测电压的时候约等于VCC的一半电压。
在开关电源中,电源PWM控制电路最常用的集成电路型号就是UC3842(或KA3842).下面简单介绍一下UC3842好坏的判断方法:在原电路中,更换完外围损坏的元器件后,先不装开关管,加电测UC3842的7脚电压,若电压在10~17V间波动,其余各脚也分别有波动的电压,则说明电路已起振,UC3842基本正常;若7脚电压低,其余管脚无电压或不波动,则UC3842已损坏.在UC3842的7、5脚间外加+17V左右的直流电压,若测8脚有稳定5V电压,1、2、4、6脚也有不同的电压,则UC3842基本正常,工作电流小,自身不易损坏。
它损坏的最常见原因是电源开关管短路后,高电压从G极加到其6脚而致使其烧毁。
而有些机型中省去了G极接地的保护二极管,则电源开关管损坏时,UC3842和G极外接的限流电阻必坏。
此时直接更换即可。
需要注意的是,电源开关管源极(S极)通常接一个小阻值大功率的电阻作为过流保护检测电阻,此电阻的阻值1欧以下,大了会出现带不起负载的现象(就是次极电压偏低)。
由于UC3842(KA3842)的工作电压和输出功率均与UC3843(KA3843)相差甚远,3842系列和3843系列在启动电压和关闭电压方面也存在着较大的区别.前者的启动电压为16V,关闭电压为10V;后者的启动电压为8.5V,关闭电压为7.6V。

开关电源芯片都有哪些型号如何选择
开关电源芯片分类开关电源的控制芯片的品种也十分多,主要分为电流控制型与电压控制型两大类。
电压控制型只对输出电压采样,作为反应信号停止闭环控制,采用PWM技术调理输出电压,从控制理论的角度看,这是一种单环控制系统。
电流控制型是在电压控制型的根底上,增加一个电流负反应环节,使其成为双环控制系统,从而进步了电源的性能。
产品分类上看,大致可分为AD/DC,DC/DC两大类。
多年来产品应用的技术开展,形成业界对DC/DC电源的认识构成了一定的误区,以为DC/DC难做,AC/DC易做。
虽然如此,AC/DC与DC/DC还是存在很大的差异,从产品设计,器件选择请求,牢靠性目的完成等方面来看:AC/DC远比DC/DC复杂,难做,这是多年从事AC/DC电源研发,消费的深切领会。
首先从输入端比照来看,AC/DC远比DC/DC要难做。
AC/DC由于直接连到公网,众所周知公网情况是十分复杂的,有的市电直接为小水电,晚上可高达350V AC以上;有的接错相线直接电压就为380V AC,低压也能够到达130伏以下。
再加上公网衔接有许许多多输入特性不同的设备,有理性负载,有容性负载,电网上有很多尖峰杂讯,和屡次谐波成份,雷雨天气的感应雷等等各种要素的综合影响使得公网愈加复杂。
而DC/DC的输入电压普通来自整流器或者蓄电池,常用的电压有12V/24V/48V/60V等4种,整流器就是AC/DC,曾经经过一次隔离。
其次从器件选择,牢靠性目的达成上看,AC/DC设计比DC/DC难做。
从上面的描绘来看,AC/DC直接面临高压,输入端器件的选择,特别是功率MOSFET,电压越高,导通压降和开关损耗越大,电源的热设计越难满足,其它二极管,三极管同样也存在这样的问题,高压难选,低压好选。
同时AC/DC电源需求契合的安规等级远比DC/DC高。
从电路构造来看AC/DC普通要两级变换,而DC/DC只需一级变换即可,而且DC/DC运用的主功率变换电路相比之下也是比拟简单。
