著名跨国公司的多元化经营

【摘要】：发达国家的一些著名跨国公司的多元化经营确实取得了成功.据统计在世界500强企业里高达94%都是多元化经营的,如通用电器公司就进入飞机引擎、核反应堆、医疗器械、塑料、家俱、电、无线电等十几个行业,而且企业效益确实也不错.中国企业是否可以参用,我看还应结合中国国情和企情来认识.因为大企业多元化经营取得成功并不表明所有企业就都一定要多元化经营,企业经营成功的通道并非只有这一条路.譬如在经典名著《追求卓越》里早在十几年前就说过中小企业多元化经营不易成功,即使是较大型企业进行不相关多元化经营也极其危险,失败率极高.我国企业到底要不要多元化?如果可以,又应怎样推进和运作?目前我国企业多元化经营是否出现了问题?又是什么原因造成的?应该如何加以防范?这些都是当前需要迫切加以解决的问题,本文从误区与成因角度加以分析,期待更多的同仁共同探讨.

Abstract: The diversification of some well-known Multi-National Corporation of developed countries is a success. According to the statistics, the diversification is up to 94% of the world's top 500 enterprises. For example, General Electric Company has put itself in industries such as aircraft engines, nuclear reactors, medical equipment, plastics, furniture, electrical, radio and other industries, and the benefit of enterprise is really good. Whether Chinese corporations can use that I think should combine China's national conditions and business ones. Because the success of diversification does not mean that all enterprises must be diversified. The success of the enterprises in the channel is not the only path. For example, in the classic "the pursuit of excellence" shows that the small and medium-sized enterprise diversification is not easy to succeed in over 10 years ago. Even if the large enterprises of non related diversification is extremely dangerous and have high failure rate. Whether the enterprises of our country should be diversified? If they can be, how should we promote and operate? At present whether diversification has problems? What reason is caused? How to prevent? These urgently problems need to be solved at present. The article is analyzed from the misunderstanding and causes. And we are looking forward to more discussion.
