第五条：教学效果保证方式
1、经甲乙双方商定，培训时间暂定每周星期日下午2：30至4：30，每周2 小时；
暑期必须集中每天来学校培训，培训方案另订。
2、甲方选派岳阳新航道哈福外语学校优秀师资进行3P教学，并对教学效果进行
评定。
评定结果以乙方参加所在学校举行的任何一次中考或期考达到提高30 分的英语成绩为准，评定标准为在哈福外语学校入学测试或由乙方提供最近一次所在学校英语测试结果（交甲方存档）的基础上经过本合同协议100小时培训后提高了30 分；若乙方考试成绩低于此标准，甲方同意乙方免费继续接受甲方3P英语培训直至达到提高30分为止；或者退还未提高部分的学费。

提高部分学费按每分900 元计算）；如超过30 分，超过部分乙方同样须按每分900元奖励给甲方或介绍相当于奖励部分金额学费的学生参加甲方3P 培训学习项目。
