It's my honor to be here to give our hearty welcome to the participants. Welcome to the Guangxi normal university!

Primarily, the hold of the international conference can actually improve the development of computer science in our school, which will make more students dedicate themselves to this one of the most significant ambits that has great potential in 21 century. The computer science is the key to increasing the engine power of economy in future. Today's technology of internet of thing will be a revolution of human life ways. So that, all of pretty hope to future is based on the computer science.

Secondly, scholars who major in this field will fully exchange their ideas or opinions and sincerely collaborate with the others who also major it or someone else interested in it. It's not about win or lose, it's just about what we learn from this conference and what we get from each other who with original, distinctive and innovative thought.

Throughout the ages, there is no one but wishes to get somewhere. However, only a few can climb to the top and be admired by the world. Nowdays, those people, maybe, who are the most influential, intelligent and successful are always have something to do with the special invention in morden life—the

internet. Such as, Jack Ma, steve jobs, Zuckberger and so on. They are famous and distinguished all over the word because of the investment in the internet. There are still, however, a big controversy about that dose the development of the internet is good or not.

Those who favor the net said that with the internet, people get the information, staff or something else that they maybe want. The learning and work get more efficient than before as the applying of internet. When you are hungry, you don’t need to go outside to buy a lunch any more, all your need to do is that click and pay for it at home. The meal, then, will be delivered by the take-out servers. In contrast, people who hold the opposite opinion maintain that internet is really bad for teenagers, once they begin to use it, they will be addicted to the net and can’t get out from it any more. As a result, their study will be influenced and get a low score at school.
