摘要
配电网中性点采用消弧线圈的方式,对于改善电网供电质量、提高供电可靠性和保证整个系统安全运行都有十分重要的意义。本文所做的工作就是在了解国内外配电网中性点接地方式发展及其现状的基础上,完成自动跟踪补偿消弧线圈测控单元的设计。该装置在系统正常运行情况下能够在线自动跟踪补偿电网对地电容电流的变化,而且在故障情况下能够对电网提供补偿电流,以减小故障电流,避免单相接地故障发展成为相间故障。
本文主要分析了消弧线圈国内外的发展现状、自动调谐原理和控制方法,并基于三相五柱式消弧线圈利用DSP设计出了控制器。该控制器是以TMS320LF2407为核心,本文阐述了该控制器的工作原理,并在硬件的基础上对其软件进行了设计,它具有查看、设置和查询记录三个功能。查看功能可以显示当前电网的零序电压、电流和脱谐度等参数;设置功能主要是对时间日期和故障电压限值等修改;查询记录则是用来调用以前的电网参数记录。详细的画出了查看、设置、查询记录、键盘扫描、A/D转换、液晶显示和时钟等功能模块的流程图。最后简单的介绍了软件的抗干扰措施。

ABSTRACT
The arc suppression coil grounding manner of the distribution system is vital to the quality and reliability of the power supply,and it increases the security of the circulating network.By knowing the development and the present situation of the foreign and internal distribution nerwork’s grounding manners.This paper .presents a auto-track conpensating controlling device which not only can track but also compensate the changing capacitance current when the power system happens single-phase-to-earth fault .It decreases the fault current to avoid the single-phase-to-earth fault become phase-to-phase fault.
This article mainly analyzes the development of arc-suppression coil of domestic development situation, principle of automatic tuning and control method, and based on arc-suppression coil with three phases and five columns using DSP controller was designed. The controller uses TMS320LF2407 as the core, this paper expounds the working principle of the controller, and the design of software is based on the hardware, it has three functions: check,setting and records. The check function can display the zero-sequence voltage, zero-sequence current out-of-resonance degree and so on, setting function is set to change date time and limit of fault voltage, Records is used to record the network parameters before calling. Detailed picture out of functional modules of the chart,they’re view, setting, record, the keyboard scan, A/D conversion, LCD display and clock.
