I went to France last year and bought some souvenirs there. However, the thing that I love the most is a mini Effiel Tower. It is really lovely because it is small enough for me to bring every day. I can hang it up or put it in my bag. Also, it is similar to the real Effiel Tower. Once I take it, I will recall my experience in France. I really like it.

3.Various ways of greeting people in different cultures.

In different countries, people greet each other in different ways, just right way of greeting a pleasant.

In Thailand,people greet each other by putting their hands together and bowing slightly.In the USA , people shake hands when meeting each other.In South America,you can expect tobe hugged when you meet someone.In the Middle East , Arabs greet each other by touching noses.In France, it is the custom to shake hands with people in the office every morning. In Japan , people bow to each otherwhen they meet.People in different countries greet each other in different ways. Because of cultural differences, such as different languages, different habits, different customs and so on.Though we have different cultures and customs, we should learn to respect each other and live in peace and harmony.

4.How to deal with stress?

As a college student, it's typical for us to keep physical and mental health. If we are in poor health, we can accomplish nothing. I think there are three main reasons can lead to stress, study, exam, emotional stress. Then

what should we do to deal with stress? Firstly, we should have a good attitude toward life.. We should be brave and try our best to study well. Secondly, we need to choose the right way to release the pressure. We can reading, running or sing. As for me, I often listen to music to relieve stress. Thirdly, we can ask our teachers or good friends for help. Communicate with them and tell them the difficulties we are facing. They could give us some suggestions. Last but not least, we should make a reasonable plan which we can easy to access. as long as you have tried your best in study. If we can do things above, I think we can do a good job in my study.

1.What to eat? (your suggestions on healthy foods)

Eating is one the most important events in everyone’s life. It is useful for me to eat healthy food. It offers me a lot of energy.For breakfast，we should eat fruit and vegetables. Vegetables and fruit,such as apples,oranges,radish and so on,are good for our health,they can provide us nutrition(营养) that we need every day..We need to healthy food rather than junk food or fast food. Hamburgers and french fries are the common examples of junk food. Although they taste delicious, they don't have enough nutrients but they have the large amount of carbohydrate and fats. They will make our weight unbalanced. Bread, rice, or vegetables, are the common examples of the healthy food. They have a large amount of nutrients which provide our energy and away from diseases.
