why ? How can schools and colleges encourage creativity in students?

A:what is the most important in education? knowledge, skills or creativity?

B:As far as I am concerned, knowledge is the most important thing in education, and both the skills and the creativity are based on the sound knowledge.

C:I agree with him, without enough knowledge, one is not able to understand how to practice , that is to say, skills could not be formed.

D:But I think the first of education is creativity. Because , if you own creativity, even if have little knowledge and skills, can also create incredible achievement.

A: I also think the most important thing is creativity. And to make students creative, the first thing to do is to encourage them to speak out their ideas. Do not limit their mind; let them imagine.

and bad luck? Can depression be overcome?

A:why do people get depressed?

B: People who are under great pressure may suffer depression. They may have a lot of work to do and may suffer failure even after hard work and so on.

A:Do you think there is any connection between depression and bad luck?

C:I think there must connection between depression and bad luck.The more I depressed, the more bad things will happen.The work finally becomes difficult .Therefore, they think they met bad luck. Actually, that is the pressure led to bad luck.

A: Can depression be overcome?

D: Of course. First of all, have confidence in yourself, no matter what things. For example, do your own interest, or do some exercise. All in all, Keep good mood everyday, can overcome depression.

3. When a boss employs or promotes people, what may be the chief consideration: their education or their practical ability?

A: The education and practical ability were both important in work .but which one is more important ?

B:Many people lose their job because of their low education. I think the chief consideration is education.

C:I agree with him.Because the bosses believe that with higher education, they have those abilities to make great achievements.So, I doubt the education is very important also.

D:But I don’t think so. When a boss employs people, practical ability may be the chief consideration. When he find the one whose ability is poor ,he will be fired finally.

A:As the practice is the source of the theory and meanwhile theory is the direction of practice ,therefore, both education and practical ability should be taken into consideration by a boss.
