re be口诀
There be句型可译“有”,be动词跟着名词走。 名词单数不可数,当用“is”记清楚。 如果名词是复数,用“are”一定要记住。 出现并列主语特殊记, “就近原则”用仔细。
课文重点分析
1.再议There be句型: there be句型主语是be后的名词或代词,所以be动 词的使用要与主语(be后的名词或代词)保持人称 和数的一致,当句中主语为复数形式的时候,be要 用are. there be句型遵循“就近原则”,即出现并列主语 时,be动词要与它最近的主浯保持人称和数的一致。 例:There are many rivers. There is a pen and two erasers in my pencil box.
