MEA信号的相关性分析

摘要

本文利用MATLAB仿真研究了MEA信号相关性。

论文首先阐述了研究MEA信号相关性的目的和意义,探究并掌握脑神经细胞之间神经元信息传递的方式。接着讲述了我对自相关和互相关函数的认识以及相关性的详细分析。紧接着论述了我对MATLAB这款高效计算软件的认识。 MATLAB(Matrix Laboratory,即“矩阵实验室”)是当今世界上最优秀的数值计算软件之一,它凭借其科学计算与图形可视化功能的完美结合以及开放的设计理念,受到世界各国工程技术人员、科研者及学生的欢迎。然后概述了本次毕业设计所要着重研究的MEA 信号,多电极阵列(简称MEA)离体活的脑神经细胞培养是目前研究认知科学的先进方法之一。它可长时间记录脑神经网络在不同时期发放的动作电位脉冲信号,也叫锋电位(简称Spike),是研究神经元网络特性的有力工具[1]。最后重点介绍了课题的方案与实施过程,包括具体分析了设计的MATLAB程序以及图形。

论文最后介绍了对本次毕业设计的总结。用自相关的知识来研究分析大脑中某一时刻的脑电波信号与另一相近时刻脑电波信号的相关程度,得出后一时刻的脑电信号的确是由前一相近时刻的脑电信号所引起。利用互相关性来研究在同一时刻两个脑电信号是否相关联,得出两个信号在某些时刻有一定的相关性,有些时刻没有[2]。

Abstract

In this paper, the development and implementation of MEA signal correlation program is introduced in detail in this paper..

The purpose and significance of the study of the correlation between MEA signal and the research is firstly described in this paper.. Then, the concepts of autocorrelation and correlation function and the correlation index are also described.. And then I have to discuss the recognition of this highly effective software for MATLAB, which is the drawing method that need to be used in the following points.. Matlab (matrix laboratory, "Matrix Laboratory) is one of the world's most outstanding numerical calculation software of, it with the scientific computing and visualization function perfect binding and open design concept, by world engineering and technical personnel, scientific research and students welcome. Then outlined the graduation design should focus on research of MEA signal, multi electrode array (multi-electrode arrays (MEA) from the living body of nerve cells in the brain training is one of the most advanced methods of cognitive science research. It can record for a long time the neural networks of the brain at different times to release of the action potential pulse signal, also known as spike (spike). For the observation, processing, analysis, research, to get the information of interest, so as to draw a conclusion of the brain information transmission and the neural network structure of science, is a powerful tool for the study of neuronal network characteristics. Finally focus on the topic scheme and implementation process, including a detailed analysis of the design of the matlab program and drawn by Matlab graphics.
