质量问题:指因甲方原因,送至乙方的KD物料因外观、尺寸、功能等无法 满足生产、调试及整车出厂检验要求的情况。
Quality Problem: Quality Problem refers to the cases that due to Party A’s reason, the appearance, dimension and function of the KD parts delivered to Party B can not meet the requirements for production, rectification and delivery inspection of complete vehicles.

Rework claim: Rework claim refers to the claim raised by Party B for compensating the rework cost after the KD parts, whose quality problems are ascribed to Party A but are confirmed to be reworkable by Party A(Claims on the painting problems are limited to the damages caused during the process of transportation and packaging ), are reworked by Party B in the KD Assembly Plant.

1、索赔业务术语 The terms related to KD parts claim
修复索赔:指因甲方责任造成并经甲方确认可修复的物料,在KD工厂由乙 方修复后,乙方向甲方提出修复费用的索赔要求。
3.在组装生产过程中,车身及钣金件出现的质量问题;不合理的存储方式或没有遵守甲方特别提示 的存储要求,造成物料损坏,丢失,如:未采取遮挡措施,长期露天放置,造成KD件出现斑 点、锈蚀、氧化、装饰件外表面与硬物直接接触等; Parts damaged or lost due to unreasonable storage mode or being unable to follow the requirements for storage raised specifically by Party A. For example, parts are put in the open for long time and no measures is taken to shield them, leading to the stained spots, rust and oxidation appearing on the surface of the KD parts, and the surface of the trim parts touches the hard objects directly and so on;
物料索赔:指甲方按销售合同规定所提供的KD产品,在运抵乙方指定的地 点后,在开箱验货、生产组装及调试过程中,因甲方原因,出现漏发或错 发的物料损坏或报废、KD物料功能不全或功能丧失等质量事件,乙方因维 护生产需要而向甲方提出补偿物料损失的索赔要求,甲方根据协议规定, 满足乙方索赔要求的过程。
Parts claim : Parts claim refers to the process that after Party A has shipped the KD parts supplied by Party A as per the Sales Contract to the place designated by Party B, there are to be found, due to Party A’s reason, the issues such as parts being short-delivered or delivered wrong or quality issues such as parts being damaged or to be scraped, KD parts not functioning adequately or losing function in the process of unpacking to inspect, assembling and rectification, and then Party B lodges the claim against Party A for compensating the losses in materials so as to meet the needs of production and Party A honors the claim raised by Party B as per agreement .
乙方代表:乙方负责开箱验货及KD工厂生产、技术及质量支持的人员。 The Representative of Party B: The Representative of Party B refers to the person
who is from Party B and takes charge of unpacking to inspect as well as providing support in aspects of production, technology and quality in KD Assembly Plant.

2、非索赔范围 Scope of items that cannot be claimed
1.乙方未事先书面通知甲方或未经甲方事先书面许可,自行开箱验货认定为错漏发、外观破损的物 料; Parts deemed to be short-delivered or delivered wrong or to be damaged on the surface when Party B by itself unpacks container to inspect without prior written notice to Party A or without prior written permission of Party A;
5.同一个订单下的质量信息反馈单,提交之后的三个月内,如不再出现相同订单下的质量信息反馈
单,则该订单对应的索赔权限将关闭,即甲方不接受涉及该订单的质量信息反馈和索赔单。
The Representative of Party A: The Representative of Party A refers to the person who is sent by Party A or associate companies of Party A and stationed at the plant of Party B and who is authorized to take charge of the matters such as unpacking to inspect, providing support concerning production, quality and service work for claim.

1、索赔业务术语 The terms related to KD parts claim
错漏发问题:指因甲方原因,送至乙方的KD物料,与BOM表或装箱单对比, 存在品类不一致,或者数量上出现差异的情况。
Parts being short-delivered or delivered wrong: Parts being short-delivered or delivered wrong refers to the cases that due to the reason of Party A, there is inconformity in category or discrepancy in quantity of the KD parts delivered to Party B when compared with the BOM (bill of material) or packing list.

甲方代表:指甲方或甲方关联公司派驻乙方工厂人员,负责开箱验货、生 产质量支持及索赔服务工作。

2、非索赔范围 Scope of items that cannot be claimed
4.库存超6个月,未采取先进先出组装生产而发现的质量问题及错漏发问题; Quality problems and issues of parts being short-delivered or delivered wrong found when the parts have been stored for over 6 months and FIFO (first in, first out ) is not adopted in assembling;
订单号:一般指甲乙双方签署KD套件销售合同时的流水号,一般为6位阿拉 伯数字。
Order No.: Order No. refers to the serial number of the sales contract signed by both Party A and Party B on KD parts. The serial number usually consists of 6 Arabic numerals.
2.未按甲方生产工艺、技术要求组装生产造成的损失; The losses resulted from failing to follow the requirements of the production process and technology stipulated by Party A in assembling and production;
Quality Problem: Quality Problem refers to the cases that due to Party A’s reason, the appearance, dimension and function of the KD parts delivered to Party B can not meet the requirements for production, rectification and delivery inspection of complete vehicles.
