摘要

金融集聚是金融信息、机构、人才等金融资源流动所形成的集聚状态的一个动态过程，对于我国金融业的发展有着重要的意义。基于各地区金融深化程度指标，结合三大主要金融产业的各项数据，本文对中国金融集聚现象的基本状况进行了概述，同时对金融集聚所面临的问题进行分析并给出了相关建议对策。研究表明，中国经济高速发展，金融产业集聚现象的形成是金融业必不可少的一部分。基于省域层面分析，和中、西、东北部三个地区相比，东部沿海地区金融发展状况明显略胜一筹。由于地理条件、文化差异、开放程度等诸多因素影响，东部地区对金融资源具有更强的吸引力，金融资源会向东部流动从而形成金融集聚区。而上海则是全国金融集聚程度最高的城市。从整体经济上来看，中国金融集聚区的形成过程中还面临着东西部差异大、经济的基础作用不够、市场体系不够完善等问题。更好地去完善市场体系，并优化布局分布等是促进金融集聚发展的重要举措。

Development situation, existing problems and Countermeasures of financial agglomeration in China

Abstract

Financial agglomeration is a dynamic process of the formation of financial agglomeration state information, institutions and personnel of the flow of financial resources, has an important significance for the development of China's financial industry. Based on the regional financial deepening degree index, combined with the data of the three major financial industry, this paper on the basic situation of China's financial agglomeration are summarized, and the financial agglomeration is facing the problem analysis and give some suggestions and countermeasures. Research shows that the rapid development of China economy, financial agglomeration phenomenon is an essential part of the financial sector. Based on the provincial level analysis, and, West and northeast three regions, finance development in eastern coastal areas obviously slightly better. Due to the geographical conditions, cultural differences, openness and other factors, the eastern region has a stronger appeal to financial resources, financial resources will flow to the east to form a financial gathering area. Shanghai is the highest degree of financial agglomeration of the city of the city. From the economic point of view, the formation process is also faced with problems of basic function difference between the East and the west, the economy is not enough, the market system is not perfect Chinese financial district. Better to improve the market system, and optimize the layout of distribution is an important measure to promote the development of financial agglomeration.
