Abstract
To accelerate the pace of improvement with the college service reform,enrollment continues to expand, year by year increase in the number of students, the relative concentration of the processing time of new students, school management and functional departments of the increasingly high demand; To improve the efficiency of campus orientation, an increaseexchanges between schools and students and parents to optimize the orientation for the process, simplify formalities, makes the whole welcome the smooth development of methodical, college is an urgent need to establish the orientation of management and service system. The traditional orientation of the campus, take the hand-statistical model, inefficient welcome, welcome a long time, welcome follow-up is cumbersome and complex and heavy workload. Orientation of management and service system is the use of advanced and sophisticated computer technology, database technology and network technology based, combined with the operational characteristics of all colleges and universities welcome the work management business systems development. 摘要
随着高校服务改革改进速度加快,招生规模不断扩大,学生数量逐年增加,新生入学办理时间相对集中,对校方管理部门及职能部门的要求越来越高;为提高校园迎新工作的效率,增加学校与学生和学生家长之间的交流,优化迎新办理流程,简化办理手续,使得整个迎新工作有条不紊的顺利开展,高校迫切需要建立迎新管理与服务系统。传统的校园迎新,采取手工统计模式,迎新效率低下,迎新时间较长,迎新后续工作繁琐复杂,工作量大。而迎新管理与服务系统是利用先进成熟的计算机技术、数据库技术及网络技术为基础,结合各高校迎新工作管理的业务特点研制的业务系统。系统融“管理与服务”于一体,覆盖了学生从报到前、现场报到及报到后的各个业务环节,实现学生信息采集、查询报到流程等工作,并能够让学生及家长在现场快速高效的完成入校手续办理,给校领导提供直观的统计查询功能,很容易的查看到报到率及各环节报到情况,为迎新师生提供了便捷快速的服务。
