二、难点点拨：
the rest 的用法
the rest of …意为“其余的…”,of 后可接可数名词也可接不可数名词。做主语时，谓语动词应视of后的名词而定；the rest做谓语时，谓语动词应视自身所指代的名词而定。
例如：There are 50 students in Class2.Twenty of them are girls and the rest are boys.二班有50名学生，20名女生，其余的是男生。
She only ate a mouthful of the orange and the rest (of it)was thrown away. 她只吃了一口橘子，剩下的都扔掉了
